Die sehr freundlichen Angestellten und auch die Betreiberfamile! Toll macht weiter so!

Cons:

Leider hatten wir sehr dunkle Zimmer! wenn man diese noch nicht renovieren will sollte man vielleicht über neue Leuchten welche heller sind nachdenken!

Schönes solides Hotel mit gelebter Gastlichkeit auf hohem Niveau in hervorragender Lage
Pros:

Es war alles so wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Die Einzelzimmer waren groß, hell und ruihig. Der Wellnessbereich ganz wunderbar. Das Essen sehr schmackhaft und mit viele Lierbe zubereitet, auch für vegetarische Menschen. Die Lage ist bestechend, da die Bergbahnen fußläufig erreichbar sind. Der Servivice zeichnete sich durch freundliche Aufmerksamkeit aus und alle Wünsche konnten umgesetzt werden

Nice location and good food

Cons:

I am not sure it was a good deal for the money we spent - although the food was good and the staff at the restaurant really nice, our room was old and had a really bad smell. The receptionist is quite rude and unhelpful. The spa is new and has nice facilities; however, the relaxing areas do not have enough places for all guests

soggiorno davvero piacevole, albergo consigliato personale gentile.

la spa è eccezionale davvero confortevole, ampia e pulita è stata la cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più
la colazione e la cena buone e variegate con buona scelta

lo stile delle camere è piuttosto datato, e la vista montagne richiesta era solo parziale. La bottiglia di acqua di cortesia all'arrivo non viene rimpiazzata nei giorni successivi.

Sehr gutes Haus mit einer ausgezeichneten Küche

Man merkt, dass die Eigentümerfamilie mit Leidenschaft das Hotel führt. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer, wer dies mit Gletscherblick möchte, muss noch ein paar Euro drauflegen. Für uns war die rückseitige Aussicht aber in Ordnung. Das Highlight ist hier die Küche und der Service. Bis dato eines der Besten im 4 Sterne Segment.
