Wunderbares Hotel in Top Lage und köstlichem Essen
Pros:

Wunderbares Hotel in Top Lage, Frühstück und Abendessen waren hervorragend, auch das Ambiente auf der Terrasse bzw. im Speisesaal war einmalig. Saunalandschaft ebenfalls wunderbar.

Cons:

Das Doppelzimmer Komfort war zu eng und entsprach nicht ganz unserem Geschmack.

Hochwertiges Frühstücksbuffet, alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt!

Cons:

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter (9 Jahre) in einer Junior-Suite und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man konnte zwar Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich mit einer Schiebetür trennen - trotzdem hätten wir uns ab und an ein paar qm mehr Raum gewünscht.

Perfect luxurious ski hotel
Pros:

Best hotel I have stayed in considering level of service vs price. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make meals at the hotel an experience. The location in terms of skiing is unmatched, as are the spa facilities. Will definitely come back!

Cons:

The pool is too cold to swim when it's cold/at night - the ideal temperature for winter would be the same as the whirlpool

A wonderful stay and warm welcome
Pros:

Everything met our expectations. The spa area was lovely and relaxing, the room was great, staff were welcoming and friendly and made the stay really special. We enjoyed a nice dinner in the restaurant and an extensive breakfast buffet. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in.

Cons:

Nothing. Our stay was wonderful.
