We were thrilled to learn that a set dinner was included in the price! The room was large and beautiful, the welness excellent and the storage room (for ski's and boots) large and clean
The staff is very friendly! They do their utmost to give you a comfortable stay. The accommodation is very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is simple. With e few small adjustments it will be perfect. But the hospitality they give is wonderful. They even sent me my favorite pullover what I left behind. The hotel is situated near the busstation what is very convenient when you would like to end your skiing in Saalbach.
The diner is served between 17.00 and 19.00. For us it would have been better if the time would be between 18.00 and 20.00.
Clean, friendly, comfortable and good food
One of the older rooms had a dodgy radiator but the newly refurbished rooms have underfloor heating which is fine.
Dinner finishes at 1900 - just to be aware if you’re a late eater.

Was wir außerdem nicht wussten, ist dass das Abendessen inkludiert war. Das war super.
Freundlicherweise konnten wir unsere Liftkarten direkt ohne Aufpreis im Hotel kaufen.
Frühstück gab's ab 7.30, weshalb wir es nicht ganz pünktlich zum ersten Lift geschafft haben.
Da es aber keinen großen Andrang am Lift gab, war das kein Problem.

Wir wurden gleich freundlich empfangen und konnten schon aufs Zimmer obwohl wir um 13.00 Uhr schon angekommen sind. Die Lage vom Hotel ist super zentral. Gleich am Ortseingang. Alles fußläufig erreichbar (Skilifte, ApresSki). Vor dem Hotel ist gleich die Bushaltestelle, Parkplätze sind kostenlos am Hotel enthalten (auch ausreichend). Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Abendessen. Sehr lecker. Ist in Bufettform und wird immer aufgefüllt. Es ist sehr gemütlich im Hotel.
The care and and friendliness of the staff was exceptional. We felt very welcomed in the hotel, starting with our arrival - we came much later the normal check-in hours but all was arranged and the key waited us on the reception. The breakfast is very good but the biggest surprise was a dinner which we received every day although it wasn't included in the booking.
The hotel is quite close to lifts so it was easy to get on and off the slopes. The room for 3 was indeed big enough for 3 people and it was comfortable.
Ontbijt top,, gewoon makkelijk om sochtends aan te schuiven zonder dat je ergens over na hoeft te denken. Door het gebruik van de sleepjes lift tegenover het hotel ben je gelijk op de pistes. Nog net geen ski-in

Gyönyörű környezet, könnyen elérhető sípályák, kényelmes, kellemes szálloda, csodálatos, figyelmes személyzet, könnyű parkolás. Többet nem is kívánhattunk volna. Nagyon jól éreztük itt magunkat. Szuper hetet töltöttünk itt. Köszönjük. Az apartman 4 fős család számára ideális volt, pont, ahogy elképzeltük. A wellness részleg is nagyon szép!

Perfecte locatie
This is a very quaint, Austrian styled traditional slightly dated (read - not modern and fancy) hotel and apartment. It is nice in its own way, and its clean and has the right basic things you need. It is right opposite the Bergfriedlift for skiing. And is a short walk to the rest of the shops, restaurant and ski rental places. The facilities are basic, but the staff will try their best to accommodate you where they can. Breakfast and Dinner was provided as part of the price. But we only found out two days into our stay.
We had to request for a kettle which they thankfully could accomodate. Theres no late night food from the hotel or anywhere around which was unfortunate as our flight and subsequent transport got delayed coming in. The hotel doesnt have a very homely welcoming stay but id say this is very subjective. Overall still a decent stay.
