Kameralność i otwartość obsługi. Zwłaszcza sympatyczny i życzliwy oraz usłużny kelner B. Widok z balkonu był powalający- wprost na szczyty gór! Czułam się jak w domu. Spokój, którego potrzebowałam i cisza. Strefa SPA komfortowa i bardzo dobra. Czystość na 5. Szkoda jedynie, że jeden pokój z wanną był podczas naszego pobytu nieczynny. Bardzo smaczne i ładnie podana kolacja i gustowne nakrycia. Chętnie wróciłabym zimą.

Cons:

Mało komfortowa dla mnie ubikacja i prysznic w pokoju. Przeźroczyste szyby sprawiały, że nie było przyjemnie i spokojnie z nich korzystać. Wystarczyłoby aby były całe mleczne.

Beautiful location for a beautiful stay
Pros:

The area is very beautiful with many things to do, walks and so on. The lady at the check in welcomed us perfectly even before checkin time. The room was spacious and the balcony had a wonderful view on the mountain. We were lucky enough to park the car right in front of the entrance (only 2/3 parking spots) but more parking is easily accessible close by. Dinner was fine, breakfast was better.

Cons:

Bathroom was stylish but unpractical, giving no privacy at all.
Pillows were like empty bags of air, but that's pretty common in hotels in that area.
During checkout the girl, not the one that checked us in, tried to confuse us NOT speaking in English at all (the staff was otherwise perfect in that sense) trying to charge us for drinks or restaurant stuff which was included.

Kleines, feines Hotel mit Super-Ausblick auf umliegende Berge, das keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in Laufnähe zur nächsten Bergbahn. Ein richtig schönes Zimmer mit atemberaubendem Panoramablick auf die Berge. Das Zimmer war trotz der Lage zur Straße ruhig, sauber, sehr bequem und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Sanitärbereich im Zimmer war hell, sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Essen war gut und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Dazu fällt mir nichts ein.

Prachtige plek, schoon hotel
Pros:

Locatie, uitzicht. Mooie ruime kamers, schoon.
Inclusief 4 gangen diner en liftpassen voor 2 dagen.

Cons:

Personeel leek ons niet altijd te begrijpen, daardoor ging bestellen drankjes meer dan 1 keer mis.
Het diner was prima, maar bijzondere combinatie

lokalita nádherná, vhodná k výletům pěším, na kole i autem do blízkého okolí.
Pros:

snídaně velmi dobré, nabídka dostatečná, personál na přání připravil i různě tepelně upravená vejce.
k večeři výběr ze 3 jídel vč. předkrmu, salátu, polévky a desertu - vše velmi dobré.
personál vstřícný a ochotný.
