We really liked that all the staff worked as a team. The hotel and restaurant staff were helpful and professional. The food was excellent, and both breakfast and dinner fully met our expectations. Of course, the location is great—just a few steps from the ski lifts. If we return to Nassfeld to ski, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

Great hotel overall services clumsy

Reception not staffed to check out when we traveled , told to wait .. etc
Overall relaxed a bit too much eg a kid next table holding a video conference loud an speakerphone and no staff reaction nobody cares for other 15 guests around then at dinner

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren echt Top und die Lage sowieso, nur über die Straße und schon beim Sessellift.

Cons:

Kein Abendbuffet, 3Gerichte ( Fleisch, Fisch, Vegetarisch) zur Auswahl, beim Frühstück war das Personal schlichtweg überfordert Kaffee und Eigerichte müsste man bestellen, aber bis der Kaffee kam war man mit dem Frühstück schon fast fertig, sonst Frühstücksbuffet in Ordnung. Für den Preis hätte ich mir da mehr erwartet.
