Wellness, das Essen

Cons:

Kein Wein unter 100€, geht gar nicht. Es muss eine Auswahl von bis geben. Es gibt Weine für 40-50€ die sogar besser schmecken . Wir sind es gewohnt gut zu essen und dazu einen guten Wein zu trinken aber wir bezweifeln dass der Wein 100€ kosten muss. Wir haben uns diesbezüglich mit anderen Gästen unterhalten und die waren mit uns einer Meinung.

Excellent!
Pros:

The location is perfect for ski lovers because it’s right next to a lift. The service is excellent, the hotel is spacious. All staff were helpful, welcoming and always smiling. The spa facilities were very good and very clean. The choice is food for meals was very good. It’s a very lovely hotel and we hope to return.

Es gibt 2 spa Bereiche - ein mit Kinder, ein nur für Erwachsene. Sehr bequem.

Alles war gut , empfehle mehr Kontrolle in Kinderraum,

In Kinderraum war keine Ordnung , Billardtisch muss weg von Kinderraum, eventuell der muss separat in einem Raum stehen. Empfehle auch ein Raum für Tischtennis, und auch ein Tennisplatz.

Opravdu úžasné.
Pros:

Pobyt byl naprosto dokonalý. Všech osm saun s výhledem ven bylo skvělých, stejně jako dva venkovní vyhřívané bazény otevřené od rána do večera. Kuchyně byla podle nás na michelinské úrovni. Byli jsme opravdu velmi spokojeni, hotel předčil naše očekávání a rádi se sem budeme vracet.

Es war ein Rundum schöner Urlaub.
Personal, Küche, Lage zur Gondel, war mehr und besser als ich erhofft hatte.
Ein sehr schöner und unvergessener Urlaub

Cons:

Die Matratze war vermutlich eine Schaummatratze.
Ich hatte einen unruhigen Schlaf, da ich mich nicht frei bewegen konnte.

Ein Aufenthalt auf diesem Preisniveau sollte deutlich professioneller und entspannter ablaufen.

Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr schön, besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Terrasse, auf der man wunderbar entspannen kann.
Der Empfangsraum und der Speisesaal sind wunderschön gestaltet und strahlen eine sehr schöne, ruhige Atmosphäre aus.

Cons:

Wir sind bereits um 11:00 Uhr angereist. Unser Gepäck stand bis 14:00 Uhr unbeaufsichtigt an der Rezeption, wo jeder andere Gast vorbeiging. Erst um 15:10 Uhr erhielten wir unsere Zimmernummer, wodurch wir unsere Konsumationen in den ersten vier Stunden nicht auf das Zimmer schreiben konnten.

Auch bezüglich des Parkens erhielten wir keine Unterstützung – ich musste selbst herausfinden, wo und wie ich parken darf. Da ich mit einem Elektroauto angereist bin, hätte ich dieses gerne im Hotel geladen. Dies wurde mir jedoch nicht angeboten, da die Ladestation besetzt war.

Gebucht hatte ich für eine Nacht ein 62-m²-Zimmer. Auf der Terrasse befindet sich zwar eine Badewanne, jedoch leider kein Deckenstrahler. Bei Temperaturen von –14 Grad hätte dies den Aufenthalt deutlich gemütlicher gemacht.

Der Wellnessbereich war sehr rutschig, da überall Wasser stand. Zudem war die Lautstärke durch die vielen Kinder (ca. 60 %) für einen Wellnessbereich sehr störend.

Auch das Frühstück entsprach nicht dem Niveau eines 5-Sterne-Hauses: Das Gebäck war sehr hart, und unser Omelett wurde mit dem Nachbartisch vertauscht.
Dadurch bekamen wir zunächst keines und mussten es neu bestellen.
All diese Punkte waren bereits ärgerlich – für einen Gesamtpreis von 1.290 € für nur eine Nacht sind sie jedoch absolut inakzeptabel.

Eine Auszeit die unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen hat.
Pros:

Es war vom Einchecken bis zu unserer Abreise alles perfekt. Zum Frühstück gab es eine sehr große Auswahl am Buffet und wem etwas fehlte konnte man es bestellen. Am meisten hat uns der Nachmittags - Snack mit seiner Auswahl überrascht. Vor allem das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal hat alles perfekt gemacht.

Cons:

Das einzige was fehlte war ein kleines Gefäß auf dem Frühstückstisch für Abfälle.

Pros:

Beautiful modern hotel with incredible mountain views and stunning facilities. We booked a room with a hot tub on the balcony and private indoor sauna. It was a great option for us to use in privacy while traveling with our child.

The half board was amazing. We assumed it would be a standard half board buffet. Instead it was a delicious, Michelin quality, 5 course tasting menu that changed each night + the most extensive wine list I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Everything we had was fresh and healthy. We are adventurous eaters and were thoroughly impressed! :) There are also standard options available for pickier eaters.

Cons:

There were no options to book spa treatments in advanced and while there the services we were interested in were unavailable. It’s probably best to email as soon as you book your stay to confirm spa availability.

Wellness & relaxation perfected. Wonderful hospitality, food, facilities and views!
Pros:

Our stay here was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is spacious, immaculate and beautifully tranquil - truly with wellness at it's heart and a place to fully unwind. The quality and sheer variety of food/drink at both breakfast and dinner was excellent and we loved that so much of the produce was locally sourced. The hospitality was superb, every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful and incredibly polite. There's so much care and attention to detail, and it's these little touches that make you feel really valued and taken care of as a guest. The spa facilities are maintained super well: clean, luxurious with beautiful views that look out into the valley between the mountains around you. Gowns, slippers, and blankets are all provided in a bag that you can take into the spa area. We were impressed that even with a fair number of other guests around - we never felt like any one space was too busy or crowded. The hotel has been really well designed to cater to relaxation in every aspect.

Cons:

A few suggestions we would make: it would be nice to have a kettle for tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We were surprised that tap water is also charged (albeit at a lower price to bottled water) if you ask for it at dinner. The doors to the bathroom and toilet are frosted glass so if you turn on the lights in the middle of the night, you might disturb any light sleepers as it's quite bright. But for the most part this doesn't detract from the amazing experience we had overall.
