Eins der besten Hotels das wir besucht haben.
Pros:

Traumhafte Lage, Unbeschreiblich schönes Hotel mit fantastischer Ausstattung und ein aufmerksames und super freundliches Personal.
Das Essen mit den Vor und Nachspeisen war excellent.
E- Ladesäulen in der Tiefgarage.
Es fehlte uns an nichts.

Da würde mir jetzt wirklich garnichts einfallen.

Ein unglaublich schöner Kurzurlaub in einem qualitativ sehr hochwertigem Hotel.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Nesslerhof ist in einer Top-Lage, dadurch kann man auch sehr viel außerhalb des Hotels unternehmen. Die Erweiterung des Schwimmteiches ist mehr als gelungen.

Cons:

Der Einstieg in das Schwimmbiotop ist sehr rutschig und daher sehr gefährlich. Ein rutschhemmender Wasserteppich könnte eine gute Lösung für dieses Problem sein.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, viele Schränke und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Großes Balkon. Sehr gutes Essen, Garage für jeden Gast, große Poollandschaft. Alles sein Geld wert.

Beautiful view of the mountains. New accommodation.

Cons:

I've never written bad reviews, but what was in this hotel couldn't go unnoticed. If this was a 3 or 4 star hotel and it cost half as much, I wouldn't have any questions. But, if you choose the best 5-star hotel, as we did, then this is definitely not about this hotel unfortunately.
We made check in at 21-50. At 21-00 we received a call and were told that we had to arrive before 23:00, because the reception was open until 23:00.
In the photo in the booking, iyou can thing that the hotel stands between mountains and hotel very private. But in reality the hotel stay near the road in the centre of city street. The territory is very small and not private. You can see neighbors and cars on the road.
When we arrived, no one met us and did’t help us with our things and parking our car (we had 6 luggages).
There was nothing in the room that is available to a 5-star hotel: we did’t have a coffee machine, we did’t have a kettle, vanity kit: cotton pads, room sleepers and etc. we had only two small towels for person and it was not good quality.
We couldn't call the reception because there were no room service or reception buttons on our phone. I had to get dressed and go to the reception myself to ask for everything that was missing in the room. What was my surprise when girl on reception saying that there was not at their hotel! I was just offered a toothbrush, which I should to buy! Can you imagine? You paid 850 euros per night and you don’t have bathroom set. You need buy toothbrush in 5-star hotel.
I had to say that I wouldn’t leave the reception until they found me some kind of kettle, because I was sick and I really needed warm water for the night.
When I showed on my telephone that the kettle and bathroom accessories in the Booking.com included in my reservation, the receptionist shrugged her shoulders and don’t want to help me.
The toothbrush glass was dirty.
All night and all morning we heard all the noise from the hallway.
