Erwartungen erfüllt
Pros:

Ich war einen Tick zu früh am Check-in Gerät (Zimmer wurde gerade gemacht) und da hat es mir keine Zimmerkarte ausgespuckt. Eine nette Mitarbeiterin am Telefon hat aber sofort geholfen. Zimmer war schön, sauber und hat für meinen Aufenthalt alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Das Frühstück bot eine tolle Auswahl und das Reinigungspersonal sowie die Dame beim Frühstück sehr freundlich. Und im Zimmer gab es netterweise eine Münze für ein Gratisspiel am Tischfußballtisch :D Lage hervorragend und direkt im Zentrum. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Matratze ist recht hart, ist aber mein persönliches Empfinden. Etwas hellhörig, man hat Gäste aus anderen Zimmern immer mal wieder kurzzeitig gehört.
