Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Einzelzimmer war schön groß und gemütlich, und das Bad war sauber und hatte alles, was ich brauchte. Der Wellnessbereich war der Hammer, besonders das Dampfbad und die Wasserbetten. Aber das Beste war das Frühstück. Es gab eine riesige Auswahl an leckeren Sachen, alles regional und selbstgemacht. Und die Omelettes aus der Küche waren der Wahnsinn!

Cons:

Der Kartenleser außen zum Fahrradkeller war defekt. Des Weiteren wird für die Nutzung des Ladeplatzes nach vier Stunden eine Gebühr von 12 € fällig. Dies betrifft die meisten Fahrzeuge, da die Wallbox lediglich 11 kW leistet. Es ist zu erwähnen, dass das Hotel die Ladesäule nicht selbst betreibt.

Bellissima struttura
Pros:

Ottima posizione all'interno del paese ma in un contesto silenzioso lontano dal caos, struttura nuova, letti comodissimi, staff gentilissimo.
E non cosa da poco la ragazza che ci ha accolti parla perfettamente italiano. Veramente carina e cordiale. La silvretta card compresa nel prezzo ci ha stupiti perché ci ha consentito di prendere funivie gratis.

Wohlfühlen ist vorprogrammiert!
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit gastfreundlicher, familiärer Atmosphäre und fantastischer Küche. Die Lage ist auch ideal, wenn man Bus und Seilbahnen nutzen und das eigene Auto stehen lassen möchte. Die inkludierte Silvretta Card Premium war dafür ideal.

Exceptional hotel & exceptional family.
Pros:

The hotel was really clean and I am someone who really looks into details. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in, even the outside of the hotel smelled like fabric softner. The staff was very friendly, they were a real family running the hotel and they were extremely nice, we stayed there over Christmas and the event they planned was very very nice. Had a lot of nights where we stayed up and sat at the bar of the hotel, would definitely go back to this hotel, everything was perfect. The hotel had it's own farm as well, I am attaching a picture of some cows having fun with the automatic brush.

Cons:

The only thing I can complain about is that I would like to be able to control the heating in the room more, the rooms were still warm but I would like to put the heating up to my own liking.

This is a wonderful hotel, I would highly recommend staying here.
Pros:

We have stayed in Ischgl many times in many different hotels and I have to say this is one of the best stays we have experienced. The hotel is ideally located close to the Pardatschgratbahm lift with a number of restaurants and bars (The Kitzloch and the Nevarda being our favourites) close by, Our room had been recent completly refurbished so it was of a really high standard. The Ski locker room is the most predious I have ever seen, even has a chandelier. The breakfast was a very good standard with pleanty of choice, fresh fruit, numerous cereals, fresh croissants & breads, local honey and jams, ground coffee, large selection of teas and all hot cooked options. All of the staff and managemnt of the hotel where very friendly and delightful. Can't wait to return
