Perfekter Skiurlaub in optimaler Lage

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Alles hat perfekt gepasst, das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, das Essen ausgezeichnet und die Lage optimal.

Alt var høj klasse - lækkert og moderne hotel, rene værelser, lækkert wellness område, maden var top klasse og personalet helt i top og skønt område at holder ferie i - vi kommer igen.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Overall very good experience and the highlight was the kindless of teh team under the owner's personal supervision. Also, the facilities are excellent for a 4* hotel.
Several perosanl initiatives taht showed taht management and staff went the extra mile to be helpful e.g. clearing snow from your car.

Cons:

Difficult to have a la carte dining as the overall resort is on a half Board hotel program. Zauchensee doesn't boost any shop or resaurant (except for one informal local diner) so it makes the experience particularly dependent on the quality of teh hotel.
