Please note that Hotel Mondschein is closed in summer. Therefore, the half-board option, sauna is only available in winter.

Een warm en sfeervol wintersportverblijf waar gastvrijheid, gezelligheid en kwaliteit samenkomen
Pros:

Wat ons vooral opviel was de enorme betrokkenheid van de eigenaar – hij heeft echt het hart op de juiste plaats en is oprecht geïnteresseerd in zijn gasten. De wijnkelder is werkelijk indrukwekkend en uitgebreid, met een prachtige en zorgvuldig samengestelde wijnkaart. Ook de receptionistes en het overige personeel in de restaurants waren uitzonderlijk vriendelijk, professioneel en attent. Daarnaast is er een mooie relaxruimte en een uitstekende masseuse – ideaal om na een intensieve skidag volledig te ontspannen. Het zonneterras met prachtig uitzicht maakt het helemaal af. De mogelijkheid tot een vroege check-in en een late check-out maakte het verblijf extra comfortabel.

Cons:

Eerlijk gezegd hebben wij vrijwel geen minpunten ervaren. Alles was uitstekend verzorgd en de service stond over het algemeen op hoog niveau. Wel viel het op dat de bediening op het buitenterras meerdere keren gestrest en minder vriendelijk overkwam, wat jammer was voor de ontspannen sfeer die het hotel verder zo mooi weet neer te zetten.

Wonderful ski holiday
Pros:

The location close to the slopes, the friendliness of the staff, the room with a wonderful view, the dinner and the Xico's bar, with nice food and good vibes.

Tof verblijf in cosy hotel.
Pros:

Heel gezellig hotel met een toffe lounge ruimte, knus restaurant en zeer vriendelijk personeel aan zowel de receptie als in het restaurant en de bar.

Cons:

De kamer werd niet goed schoongemaakt.

Wir waren froh nur 1 Nacht gebucht zu haben und der Preis war viel zu hoch

Empfang war nett

Cons:

Zimmer generell nicht sauber übergeben , zimmer extrem klein und sehr ringhörig und am Morgen früh riecht es von der Küche .
Völlig unorganisiert am Abendessen extrem lange Wartezeit . Im Loungebereich wird man nicht begrüsst und es ist sehr kalt und zu lsute Musik

Tolle Lage , schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Tolle Lage der Chalets , praktisch wie mini Appartements ausgestattet. Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolles Ambiente des Hotels (ein Mischung aus englischem und Boutique Hotel mit österreichischem Charme).

Cons:

Das Timing des Service hat manchmal nicht so ganz geklappt , aber es wurde alle aufgenommen und verbessert. Ski in Ski out ist nur in den Chalets gegeben. Auch das muss man noch 70 m gehen. Aber trotzdem privilegierter Zugang.
