Towels and linen will be changed every 3 days.
Please inform the hotel in advance if you arrive after 15:00. You will then receive a password for the keybox placed next to the entrance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Check-in is done using a code that you will receive by email 24 hours before your arrival. This allows you to operate the keybox at the hotel entrance on site. Houve vários problemas: só tinha toalhas de mão para me limpar depois do banho, no dia seguinte após pedir é que trouxeram toalhas de banho. Não tinha lixo na casa de banho, só no quarto. Não tinha ar condicionado, mas o quarto estava quente então não havia como refrescar. As persianas deixavam entrar imensa luz. Foi extremamente caro e não corresponde ao que se paga.
Perfect location. Close to the mountains and to the lake. We enjoyed staying there. Clean and modern room.
The location is awesome, right in the Centre of town
No hotel staff to speak to about any issues. Breakfast apparently included but did not receive it on any of my days when I stayed and no one to speak to about it as reception was not manned. Taps do not run cold water, always hot coming out. Left towels in bathtub to be replaced, only to be taken away and not replaced, could also not speak to anyone about getting new ones in return. Considering the price I paid to stay here I was very disappointed with the service.
It was fabulous, the breakfast was amazing, lots of variety . A lovely room that was big and airy, really nice place!!
Possibly the bathroom , but it was ok
One of the best customer service ever seen. We noted that we are arriving with our dog. The owner asked us how big the dog is. When we arrived there was a made doggy bed in our room together with two bowls and even doggy treats. Really kind. Recommend
We arrived after hours and the facility would not respond to our telephone request for guidance on how to proceed to enter the property. It was a voice mail box. VERY UNHELPFUL. Luckily found accommodation elsewhere
Right in the centre of the village so handy for all the cafes shops and restaurants. Clean and well presented.
The windows looked out on buildings so no view which was a shame but they did open so you could have fresh air.
Lovely big bed, comfortable furnishings. Easy check in process and the staff were super helpful - ironing a shirt for us FOC.

The hotel describes several places in their facilities that breakfast is included. Unfortunately, it turns out that our room did not include breakfast. The host does not answer our wondering questions about the lack of breakfast, but is busy describing their rules in a particularly negative tone. We naturally have screenshots of our booking, which the host did not want to deal with. We have never experienced anything like this at Booking.com before. All the other facilities were available, just not the breakfast? Really lousy host who in no way manages to handle a situation where a dispute has arisen. The parking ticket for the parking lot had expired 4 days before we arrived and we did not receive a new parking ticket. The main door to the street is indicated as an emergency exit door, the door is locked with a key and in the event of a fire in the hotel, the door can only be opened with a key, therefore it must not be marked as an emergency exit. An emergency exit door must be able to be opened from the inside without using a key, this is a serious security problem for the hotel. Unfortunately, the host has chosen to stop further communication with us. Therefore, the hotel cannot be recommended in any way, there are many other wonderful hotels in the area, choose one of them.
