Pros:

Micul dejun sì Cina au fost bune , cu o varietate de produse, cu produse locale. Piscina era incalzita, saune variate, iar la kidsclub au făcut o mulțime de activități de care copiii au fost încântați.

Cons:

Programul de retur de la telecabina sa fie mai extins.

Excellent family resort
Pros:

It’s a perfect family resort. They plan everyday new activities for the kids and they have options for child care which gives parents some time off. The kids love the time doing all the different activities. The swimming pool is warm in winter. Its proximity to the cable car is an added advantage for the ones who love skiing. The food tastes really good. The first day we didn’t find anything in vegetarian but from second day onwards there were many vegetarian options and everything tasted really good. The service was excellent.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage in den Bergen, modernes und sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Der Wellnessbereich war großzügig und gut gepflegt, das Essen abwechslungsreich und von guter Qualität. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Die Wassertemperatur im Wellnessbereich hätte etwas wärmer sein können.

Pros:

Theoretisch sehr schönes Haus auch mit toller Aussenanlage für die Erwachsenen und die Kinder.

Cons:

Wenn man im Chalet untergebracht ist, muss man ständig alle Jacken und Schuhe dabeihaben. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit diese Im Hauptgebäude aufzuhängen oder in ein Schließfach zu sperren und dann wird man vom Personal unfreundlich behandelt dass die Sachen im Weg sind. Außerdem zu 8am 4Personen Tisch untergebracht. Gefühlt weil man über Booking gebucht hat als 2. Klasse Gast behandelt. Die Buchung der Kinderbetreuung ist sehr umständlich und unübersichtlich. „Aussflug“ zum eigenen Bauernhof ist ein Witz. Eher sSpaziergang an der Straße zur Schafweide und dann kurz durch den Stall.

Gemütlicher Aufenthalt für die ganze Familie
Pros:

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern (7 und 10 Jahre) für 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein Familienhotel im wahrsten Sinne und eben kein Kinderhotel, d.h. auch als Erwachsener fühlt man sich hier wohl und findet Ruhe und Entspannung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der sehr großzügige und schöne Spa-Bereich mit verschiedenen Saunen und geräumigem Ruheraum, der Infinitpool mit Blick auf die Berge, der große hauseigene Outdoor-Spielplatz und die betreuten Freizeitangebote für die Kinder (tendenziell eher für kleinere Kinder). Gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Positiv war zudem die Möglichkeit, beim Abendessen im Rahmen der Halbpension neben dem vorgegebenen Menü alternativ Speisen a la carte ohne Aufpreis zu bestellen. Gemütliche Atmosphäre im ganzen Haus. Freundliche Gastgeberfamilie und Personal.

Cons:

4,20 Euro für eine Karaffe Leitungswasser beim Abendessen zu verrechnen, bei dem ohnehin von jedem Gast zahlreiche Getränke (Säfte, Wein, Bier, etc.) von der Karte bestellt und abgerechnet wurden, ist unwürdig.

Erholsamer Urlaub für Familie
Pros:

Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Tiere und Spielplatz draussen sind super. Gebuchtes Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Kinderprogramm sehr vielfältig. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Es war alles top! Als einziges würde ich bemängeln, dass das Bettsofa sehr hart war (ich musste 2 Nächte bei meiner Tochter schlafen).
