Aanrader voor een familievakantie
Pros:

Het ontbijt en diner was heel uitgebreid, lekker en gevarieerd. De kamer was erg netjes met fijne bedden. De spa en het zwembad ook heerlijk en ruim. Voor baby's van alle gemakken voorzien, kinderwagens, wipstoeltjes, verschoonkussens e.d. te leen. Kinderopvang heel schoon en netjes met zeer vriendelijk personeel!

Cons:

Als de kinderopvang iets eerder dan om 9 uur open zou gaan, zou het verblijf voor wintersporters nóg fijner zijn.

Hervorragende Wahl für Ski- und Wohlfühlurlaub für Familien und Paare!
Pros:

Hervorragendes Frühstück und Salatbüffet am Abend, großes Zimmer (Gratis-Update) mit eigenem Infrarotsessel, guter Service (Shuttle zum Skilift), schöner Wellnessbereich, für Kinder sogar ein kleines Schwimmbad. Top!

Pros:

Pobyt w hotelu oceniam bardzo wysoko, obiekt wyróżnia się wyjątkową czystością oraz dużym komfortem, wszystko jest zadbane i na wysokim poziomie. Kuchnia zasługuje na szczególne uznanie, dania są przepyszne i przygotowane z dużą starannością. Obsługa jest niezwykle miła, pomocna i zawsze gotowa do wsparcia. Dodatkowym atutem jest świetna lokalizacja, hotel znajduje się bezpośrednio przy stoku, co znacząco podnosi wygodę pobytu. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Cons:

Jedynym drobnym mankamentem apartamentu był jego układ, wejście prowadziło przez dużą, otwartą łazienkę, następnie przechodziło się do sypialni, a z niej do salonu z częścią wypoczynkową. Przy takim rozwiązaniu momentami brakowało poczucia prywatności, co mogło powodować pewien dyskomfort, zwłaszcza przy dłuższym pobycie lub większej liczbie osób.

Pros:

Výborná lokalita hotelu, vstřícný a velmi ochotný personál, zdarma taxi od hotelu k údolní stanici lanovky v Kaltenbachu /3min/ a zpět. Velmi pěkné a prostorné wellness. Úžasný lyžařský areál - široké dlouhé sjezdovky, moderní sedačkové lanovky.

Cons:

Měli jsme zarezervovaný apartmán s ledničkou a výhledem na bazén. Ledničku jsme dostali až po upozornění, že na pokoji není, výhled jsme měli na fitness centrum za hotelem. Hotel je inzerován jako Family resort a opravdu je ubytováno hodně rodin s velmi malými dětmi, poslední dva dny jsme strávili večeři ve velmi hlučné atmosféře dětského křiku. Ale vzhledem k tomu, že restaurace je stavebně rozdělena do několika místností, jistě by se dalo i toto vyřešit ve prospěch manželských párů bez dětí.

Ne-am simtit extraordinar de bine vreme de o saptamana in vacanta noastra de ski la acest hotel. Amplasat intr-un loc linistit si totusi cu acces facil la partie ,hotelul ofera numeroase facilitati. Grija pentru familiile cu copii este una dintre cele mai importante. Sunt programe zilnice si de toate tipurile pentru copii , cu activitati afara sau inauntru . Spa-ul generos este de asemenea un atuu. Mesele foarte bune atat dimineata cat si seara ( de specificat ca hotelul ofera in pachetul de demipensiune si un pranz suficient de complet , cel mai bun din punctul meu de vedere in cate hoteluri am umblat). Nu in ultimul rand felicitam si personalul , foarte atent , placut si profesionist.
Recomand cu caldura aceasta locatie, cu siguranta m-as mai intoarce in orice sezon.

Micul dejun sì Cina au fost bune , cu o varietate de produse, cu produse locale. Piscina era incalzita, saune variate, iar la kidsclub au făcut o mulțime de activități de care copiii au fost încântați.

Cons:

Programul de retur de la telecabina sa fie mai extins.

Excellent family resort
Pros:

It’s a perfect family resort. They plan everyday new activities for the kids and they have options for child care which gives parents some time off. The kids love the time doing all the different activities. The swimming pool is warm in winter. Its proximity to the cable car is an added advantage for the ones who love skiing. The food tastes really good. The first day we didn’t find anything in vegetarian but from second day onwards there were many vegetarian options and everything tasted really good. The service was excellent.
