I really liked the hotel’s excellent location, beautiful traditional Austrian atmosphere, and very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The spa and mountain views were also wonderful. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay

​Ottima esperienza: camera accogliente, ottima cucina e tanto relax

Abbiamo soggiornato in mezza pensione e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La camera era davvero accogliente e la SPA si è rivelata completa di tutto il necessario, rendendo il soggiorno estremamente piacevole. Molto apprezzata la ristorazione: la colazione offre un'ottima varietà di prodotti in grado di soddisfare sia gli amanti del dolce che del salato, mentre per la cena abbiamo gradito molto l'idea di alternare serate a buffet self-service ad altre con piatti già pronti e servizio al tavolo.

Cons:

Gli unici aspetti un po' sottotono riguardano la piscina, che non è molto grande ed è essenzialmente una vasca idromassaggio, e il servizio della merenda, che è risultato un po' esiguo.

My favourite hotel
Pros:

I have stayed many times in this wonderful family owned hotel that is located amongst the Zillertal Alpen. Excellent food served by friendly staff. I had a very comfortable room that remained cool in the summer heat. Staff members are friendly and really do "go the extra miles" to help.

Cons:

Das Wasser aus dem Hahn hat ca. 15 Minuten gebraucht bis es warm wurde. Aus dem Hahn in der Dusche kam rostig-braunes Wasser (vermutlich aus der Leitung, das Wasser im Waschbecken war sauber und klar)
