Rechte Rezeptionistin klagt über "Flüchtlinge und Sozialschmarotzer"

Die rechte Rezeptionistin die mir - nachdem ich nach kurzem Smalltalk festgestellt habe dass wir aus der gleichen Region in Deutschland kommen - erzählt dass sie aufgrund "der Migranten, Flüchtlingen und Sozialschmarotzern die alle durchgefüttert werden" nicht mehr nach Deutschland zurückzukehren wird, außerdem ein extrem respektloser Wirt (?) der mit offensichtlicher Erkältung laut schleimig hustend ohne seinen Mund zu verdecken durch den Bar und Küchenbereich schlendert. Widerliche Belegschaft auf zwei sehr unterschiedliche Arten.

Wygórowana cena do jakości

Lokalizacja hotelu oraz styl „tyrolski”
Bardzo smaczne śniadania
Widoki z basenu na dachu oraz Stefa spa na 4 piętrze

Zbyt miękkie łóżka i poduszki
Brak czajnika w pokoju
Totalnie nie przemyślana łazienka w pokojach „comfort”. Drzwi przesuwne do łazienki są na środku pokoju, z łazienki wszystko przez to słychać i czuć….
Brak przestrzegania zasad saunowania - goście wchodzą w strojach kąpielowych z telefonami. Brak aufgusow i jakichkolwiek innych atrakcji np. wieczoru tyrolskiego.
Narciarnia jest przestarzała i niewygodna. Znajduje się daleko od wejścia do hotelu, nie ma automatycznych drzwi. Może są to detale, ale nie są to standardy hotelu 4 gwiazdkowego w 2026 r.
W hotelu również niektóre pokoje znajdują się w dodatkowym skrzydle gdzie trzeba wejść po schodach bez windy. Nie każdemu może być z racji tego wygodnie.
Pobyt oceniam na udany jednak cena nie jest adekwatna do jakości.

Superb Austrian Family run hotel with fantastic food
Pros:

Family ski holiday during UK half term, we booked direct and chose to drive from the UK. Wonderful hospitality, food was excellent and the family room was spacious with a modern large bathroom. Ski bus stops right outside. They even have EV charging in the garage. We will be back.

Superb.
Pros:

We had an amazing time at the hotel, fantastic food (Christian was a great waiter), spa, rooms were warm, very clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel ski room was good, again warm and practical. The location was excellent, quiet yet close to the centre and the ski bus was something we worried about but was very quick and efficient and not crowded.

Cons:

Nothing.
