Bardzo udany pobyt z pięknym widokiem
Pros:

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. Choć zaczęło się niefortunnie od pomyłki w tłumaczeniu przez booking, które sugerowało, że w pokoju rodzinnym są dwa łóżka piętrowe, a było tylko jedno łóżko piętrowe, postawa Pani Recepcjonistki zasługuje na największą pochwałę. Od razu pokazała mi Ona alternatywny pokój w tej samej cenie, a także zgłosiła poprawkę językową na booking. Od razu jako klient poczułam, że mój komfort w tym hotelu jest ważny. Ostatecznie zostaliśmy przy pierwszym pokoju, w którym mieliśmy łóżko małżeńskie i drugi mały pokoik z łóżkiem piętrowym, ponieważ ten pokoj miał duży balkon ze wspaniałym widokiem na skwer z kwiatami przed kościołem oraz góry. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany, czystość w hotelu jest na najwyższym poziomie. Śniadania były smaczne, niczego nam nie brakowało, choć czasem, gdy przychodziliśmy później, to nie wszystkie produkty były dostępne. Ogólnie cała obsługa hotelu jest bardzo miła. Serce naszego syna skradł też pies Charlie, który czasem witał gości przy recepcji. Polecam też skorzystanie z restauracji, która serwuje naprawdę pyszne dania.

Cons:

Brakowało mi informacji na booking, że basen jest dostępny tylko dla młodzieży od 15 roku życia.

Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende im Kramerwirt
Pros:

Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Beim 1. Abendessen nebenbei erwähnt das ich vegetarisch esse, am nächsten Tag hatte ich automatisch die Vorspeiße in vegetarisch ohne explizit danach gebeten zu haben. Fand ich richtig gut, vielen Dank dafür

Super Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal. Super leckeres Essen. Die Massage war super. Danke an Gabor.

Cons:

Es fehlte ein Stuhl (wurde aber sofort bereinigt). Die Matratze war mir zu weich. Das ist aber ein persönliches Problem.

A great experience
Pros:

We could not fault this hotel. The service was fantastic, the facilities excellent and the food delicious. A splendid choice at breafast and then a 4 course evening meal with mostly Austrian dishes. They have their own farm so the meat is very local. The location is so central with very easy access to the bus and train station and only a ten minute walk to the local swimming pool. Very good value. One pointer is that if you do not want to be woken by the church bells at 7am ask for a room which does not face the church square.

Probably one of the most favorite hotels I've ever been. The price and quality ratio you get is just incredible. The hotel itself is very cozy, the SPA area is very lovely with a stunning view from the pool and terrace where you can sunbathe and drink tea. The room was very lovely and clean. The staff was very caring and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic - very huge variety of food, including juice, fruits. I would definitely come back here!
