Excellent place, very well located
Pros:

Location was excellent - right in the middle of the town, near to ski slopes and all the main bars and restaurants. Staff were great, particularly the girl at breakfast who was very kind and helpful. Excellent stay.

Great location in St Anton with amazing breakfast
Pros:

Amazing breakfast, staff couldn't do enough. Very close to the main skilifts.

Cons:

Rooms very warm - needed the window open even at - 5 outside and heating off. Seemingly non stop cleaning in the public areas.

Hidden gem in the centre of St Anton
Pros:

This hotel is a hidden gem in St Anton. Very centrally located just off the pedestrian centre, but set back so it is quiet in an evening when the apres ski gets lively! We had the window open every night & were not woken by any revellers or traffic. Just across the road is the train station so very handy if you are travelling by train, it is definitely within walking distance. The staff were incredibly helpful & friendly. The hotel itself is modern & immaculate; very clean & tidy. The room was very comfortable with a large walk in shower & plenty of hot water always available. A kettle & tea/coffee was provided & this was topped up every day. The breakfast buffet was extensive & very good quality. They have gluten free cereals available at the buffet & on request provided gluten free bread too. The ski room is very well equipped with individual lockers with boot heaters inside & plenty of space for skis/poles. The outside door to the ski room is secure as you need a room key to enter. The whole hotel has been very well laid out & appointed

Cons:

My husband used the sauna & commented that there was no provision of water or tea in the relaxation area, something he has been used to in other hotel saunas. I am not sure if this was an omission that one day or if refreshments were not routinely provided as we did not ask reception about it (maybe we should have raised its but it wasn't a big issue) otherwise the spa area was very good & there were no other negatives about our stay

Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt! Danke, dass wir Eure Gäste sein durften!
Pros:

Unglaublich aufmerksame und außergewöhnlich liebe Wirtsleute! Und die Angestellten genauso. Es ist überall penibel sauber, alles hat seinen Platz. Wenn man irgendetwas braucht, wird es sofort gelöst.
Das Frühstück ist ein Traum. Alles da und immer alles sauber und perfekt hergerichtet - egal, zu welcher Zeit man kommt. Der Skiraum ist sehr funktionell, die Skischuh-Trocknung super-warm.

Cons:

Es gibt einfach nichts, was zu bemängeln wäre.

Pros:

Ein sehr schönes, Familien geführtes Hotel, es lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen, Lage, Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, Wellnessbereich, Skikeller, Zimmer sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet, alles Top, das absolute Highlight ist aber das Frühstück, das toppt alles! Eines der Besten Hotels in St. Anton.
