Pros:

Die Lage war super. Die Bushaltestelle zum Schlick 2000 war 1 Minute entfernt. Zu Fuß war man in ca. 15 Minuten am Lift.

Die Servicemitarbeiter waren super schnell und sehr nett. Zudem war das Essen echt lecker und ausreichend.

Znakomita kuchnia prowadzona przez polskiego kucharza Dawida - coś niesamowitego! Świetna obsługa Patrycji i całego personelu. Bardzo czysty hotel, blisko do centrum narciarskiego. Świetna strefa saun.

Ideal, um das Subaital von gemütlichem Hotel aus zu erkunden
Pros:

Zentral in Fulpmes gelegen, ausreichend Parkplätze, gutes Frühstück, abwechslungsreiche Küche mit netter zuvorkommender Bedienung. Moderner Wellnessbereich.

Cons:

Zu Stoßzeiten wäre beim Frühstücksbuffet ein zweiter Kaffeeautomat von Vorteil.

Alles in allem stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier leider überhaupt nicht.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal im Restaurant immer freundlich und sehr bemüht. Die Zimmer waren sauber, der Wellness Bereich war ebenfalls schön.

Cons:

Der Service am Empfang war leider sehr fragwürdig, bei jeder Nachfrage hatte man das Gefühl, der Rezeptionist sei genervt und nicht daran interessiert, zu helfen. Das Abendessen war durchwachsen, die Portionsgrößen teils winzig, so dass man kaum satt wurde. Das Salatbuffet war, obwohl man völlig im Rahmen der angegebenen Abendessenszeit kam, immer bereits teilweise leer und wurde auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Das Brot das es zum Aufstrich gab, waren ausgetrocknete Semmeln vom Morgen, die offenbar den halben Tag aufgeschnitten herumgelegen hatten. Die Hauptgerichte waren okay, jedoch für den Preis des Hotels eher enttäuschend. Parkplätze sind zwar vorhanden, unserer (und einige andere) war jedoch so eng, dass man mit einem anderen Fahrzeug als einem Kleinwagen aus der Lücke nicht herausgekommen wäre.

Cons:

Empfang etwas kalt, alle anderen Mitarbeiter freundlich. Kein Wasserkocher am Zimmer.
