Aangenaam verblijf met enkele verbeterpunten.
Pros:

Ik vond het avondeten in het hotel erg lekker. De bedden en de kamers waren comfortabel en schoon. Ook de locatie was erg goed.

Cons:

De eigenaars van het hotel beloofden een wandelroute voor ons uit te stippelen, maar die hebben we nooit ontvangen.

Daarnaast waren de kamers in de zomer redelijk warm en was er geen koelkast aanwezig. Het ontbijt was de eerste twee dagen goed, maar daarna werd het erg eentonig. Wat meer variatie zou zeker een meerwaarde zijn.

De hotelbar sloot elke avond al om 23.00 uur. Bovendien was er op een avond veel lawaai tot ongeveer 1.00 uur ’s nachts. Toen we dit de volgende ochtend meldden, kregen we te horen dat ze hier niets aan konden doen en dat we maar om 1.00 uur hadden moeten opstaan om er zelf iets van te zeggen. Dat vonden wij geen klantvriendelijke reactie.

Ook de wellness voldeed niet aan onze verwachtingen. Je moet vooraf aangeven wanneer je gebruik wilt maken van de wellness en vervolgens nog ongeveer 20 minuten wachten voordat deze klaar is voor gebruik.

Upea spa/ulko-uima-allasalue! Siisti huoneisto ja monipuolinen fresh aamupala! Myös illallinen muutamana iltana oli maukas!

Saimme myös erittäin hyvää palvelua sommelier-Harrylta! Meillä oli todella tervetullut olo heti ensimmäisenä iltana kun saavuimme myöhään; cold platter ja prosecco! Harryn ansiosta hotelli saa täydet 10+++ pistettä, meillä oli niin hauskaa tyttöjen 40-v-juhlareissulla!! Danke schööön!

Wir waren zu viert im Hotel Sonnegg und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, äußerst sauber und bieten einen tollen Ausblick. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren hervorragend – abwechslungsreich und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Der Ski-Shuttle brachte uns morgens bequem zur Liftstation, was wir als sehr praktischen Service empfunden haben. Auch der Skiraum ist bestens ausgestattet und gut organisiert.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in jeder Hinsicht genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Hotel für Automobilisten und Biker mit hervorragendem Essen
Pros:

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage zum Skigebiet Saalbach Hinterglemm.
Frühstück ist reichhaltig und es mangelt an nichts.
Das Menü am Abend ist ausgesprochen gut, Halbpension ist daher sehr zu empfehlen.
Ausreichend Parkplätze inkl. Tiefgarage sind vorhanden.
Wellnessbereich inkl. Außenpool ist sehr ansprechend.

Servicekräft, Rezeption, einfach alle, sind superfreundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Nebengebäude könnte etwas moderner bspw. hinsichtlich der Bäder etc. sein. Aber es ist alles trotzdem super sauber.
