Very nice stay with amazing staff
Pros:

Amazing staff and great service; they were very kind, remembered our check-out date and even prepared a breakfast to go bag when we had to check out early. Room was beautiful, silent, and clean

Cons:

We had breakfast & dinner at the hotel everyday; breakfast was really good, but we did not always like the food at dinner as much. Still great experience and ambiance in the dining room though!

Localização muito boa, com acesso fácil aos meios mecânicos que levam ás pistas de ski.

Uitstekend verblijf met zeer vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

De locatie is echt top.
Vanuit de skiruimte sta je binnen 40 meter bij de gondels!
Het personeel en de eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk

Fijn hotel, mooie ligging, lief personeel, wel duur.
Pros:

Lieve mensen, goed eten en goede ligging

Cons:

De bedden vind ik niet zo comfortabel, kussens enz terwijl ik geen moeilijke slaper ben. Het is wel kostbaar voor wat je krijgt.

Gastvrij en hoge servicegraad.
Pros:

Ruime kamer, fijne douche en mooi uitzicht.
Ski raam dicht bij de liften, na terugkomst skieend het hotel in.

Alles war perfekt! Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut und vielfältig. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich, insbesondere unser italienischer Kellner Daniel!

Pros:

Zeer fijne flexibiliteit in menu voor kinderen. Kindermenu kon gecombineerd worden met voorgerecht/soep/dessert volwassenen.

Nog nooit zo'n aangename ervaring gehad met personeel in Oostenrijk.
