Die Lage zum Konzert Gelände

Cons:

Schon von aussen sieht das nicht wie ein Hotel aus. Der Eingang ist nur zu erahnen. Ich dachte erst, das Hotel wurde geschlossen. Die Zimmer sind aus den 60ern. Eine Katastrophe! Die Steckdosen hängen wackelig in der Wand. Das Bad ist weit weg von sauber und einladend. Das Frühstück ist dürftig und ein Auffüllen der leeren Speisen erfolgt nur widerwillig nach Aufforderung. Das Gebäck steinhart. Für 100 Euro pro Nacht ist das echt eine Zumutung!

Cons:

Komplett veraltet.
Wasserschaden bei den Fenstern. Tapete kommt runter. Alles Uralt. Klodeckel kaputt. Wasserhahn beim Waschebecken hält nicht. Duschkabine löst sich die Beschichtung. Nachttischlampe funktioniert nicht. Teppichboden unterirdisch. Diese Absteige ist nicht zumutbar. Frühstück kann man vergessen. Steinharte alte Semmeln. Sehr minimalistisch und lieblos hingestellt.
Würd da nie mehr nächten.

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht, es wurde nur 1 reserviert. Es war nur eine Praktikantin Vorort die überfordert war. Von den Besitzern war angeblich niemand erreichbar oder im Haus. Es war ausgebucht und somit mussten wir selber nach einem zweiten Zimmer suchen. Wir waren hier mit Freunden zu einem Konzert verabredet. Hat ja super begonnen. Ich wollte auf Kulanz das Zimmer stornieren, da es ja das Verschulden des Hotels war, das wurde abgelehnt. Ich komme selber aus der Branche und so eine Unprofessionelle Art und Behandlung habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das Mädchen an der Rezeption tat mir leid, sie trifft keine Schuld.
Leider konnte das Haus auch sonst nicht überzeugen, es war nirgends sauber, das Frühstück ist auch minimalistisch, der Kaffee war aber sehr gut.
Leider gibt es keine Empfehlung für dieses Haus.

Gute Unterkunft mit gutem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis!

Das Hotel ist älter, aber hat durchaus Charme. Unser Zimmer war groß und sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Mit der U2 ist die Innere Stadt sehr gut erreichbar. Das Frühstück war völlig in Ordnung.

Il parcheggio: l'hotel mette a disposizione una tariffa speciale di 7 euro all'ora, nei dintorni non ci sono parcheggi gratuiti ma solo parcheggi con disco orario
La posizione: a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro

La colazione: è più che sufficiente ma c'è poca scelta nella parte dolce, per es.niente brioches; più varia la scelta del salato

Wonderful Stay, Kind Staff, Convenient Location!
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Wiener Kindl.
We stayed here three times on our vacation for a total of 5 nights.
For us, the location was perfect as we have family staying nearby.
The staff here are so very nice! Shout out to Noah who helped us with our car parking and ensured we parked in the right areas. Also for the conversations.
All three rooms we were in - 11, 14 and 23, were spacious and bright.
They had separate bathrooms and toilets, and a fan was available for our use.
Much needed because that heatwave was something else!
The courtyard downstairs is a nice place to relax at.

I absolutely enjoyed my breakfasts here. I still think of their homemade pumpkin spread! You have to try it if you're staying here.
There's a few restaurants and a bakery in the area, a couple of grocery stores, pharmacy and a tram stop about 300 meters from the hotel - Really convenient.

Cons:

The pillows were too soft for our liking.

Günstig, das ist aber schon alles

Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend.

Cons:

Wir haben eine Anreisezeit vorab angegeben und sind eh schon 1 Stunde zu spät angekommen. Trotzdem mussten wir immer noch 1 Stunde warten, bis das Zimmer fertig war. Parkplätze waren mit 5 Euro für ein Tagesticket auf Booking und auch auf Nachfrage per Mail angegeben, vor Ort hieß es dann plötzlich 7 Euro. Das Zimmer war okay, leider waren nur 2 Fenster zu verdunkeln, der Rest nicht. In der Früh war es taghell sobald die Sonne aufging. Das Zimmer war gereinigt, der Boden jedoch nur gesaugt und extrem verdreckt. Einmal wischen wäre dringend nötig gewesen. Unsere Füße waren schwarz.

Pros:

Overall the hotel is nice, some of the staff is also nice and professional. They just have to improve information about parking. I payed parking at the hotel for friday. I was told that saturday is free. This was not true and I got parking ticket. This experince did impact overal satisfaction with hotel.
