Het klopt van a tot z
Bij aankomst zat de receptie medewerker te lunchen, ze wilde eerst ons helpen om daarna verder te lunchen. Ondanks dat de lunch koud werd nam ze alle tijd. Voor ons kind (1 jaar) waren ze enorm flexibel en overal werd aan gedacht.

Pros:

Die Lage für Wanderungen super, aus dem Hotel, zagg in der Natur. Sehr ruhig.
Pool ist angenehm kann auch am MOrgen vor dem Frühstück genützt werden. Personal gibt sich Mühe, alle sehr freundlich. Kommen gerne wieder.

Great location. Lovely views. Excellent food. Great facilities.

Cons:

Our bags weren’t taken to our room when we arrived. So after we arrived and had dinner we got to our room and there were no bags. Had to go downstairs at which point receptionist had left and restaurant staff kindly offered to take our bags up.

Amazing view and bar, great hotel
Pros:

Loved everything, the hotel was so beautiful, amazing views from the terrace and room. The room was beautiful and had great facilities and huge windows looking out at mountais. The woman on the front desk made it special for us, she was so helpful and welcoming, it was my husbands birthday and they even made him a card and cake which he loved. The staff were all excellent, so kind. We had dinner and food was very good, also breakfast. The bar and lobby area very nice atmosphere and relaxing in evening 👌 and hikes direct from the hotel. It was perfect would recommend 100% and wish we had booked longer. I'd love to come back.
