Zimmer sehr sauber. Kellnerin am Anreisetag (15.07.26) TOP/1A Schnelles Service. W-LAN - i.O.

Cons:

Keine Jalousien im neuen Dachzimmer WC/BAD. Kellnerin war unsicher, brachte falsches Getränk und falsche Speise. Rechnung am Abreisetag passte dadurch nicht mehr. Zimmer sehr sauber.

Funktional und einfaches Checkin

Die unterschiedlichen Themen-Zimmer waren sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Chaos bei der Ankunft (online stand 24/7 einchecken möglich, vor Ort dann 12:00. wäre kein Problem, nur hätten wir dann anders geplant & wären nicht 2h in der Sonne gesessen)

Along the bike path in Spittal an der Drau
Pros:

We were traveling by bicycle and there is a bike garage on the property. The automatic check-in machine was easy to use. The hotel is on the main road and the walk into the center of town took about 5 minutes. The bathroom in our room was spacious and the water pressure in the shower was strong.

Cons:

It took a while to find our room. Only one hallway is labeled with the room names and there is no staff. Our room, Harley Night, overlooked the restaurant garden so we had noise from the restaurant until about midnight.
We must follow a gluten-free diet and had messaged the hotel in advance, but no gluten-free bread was available at breakfast.
