Nice atmosphere, friendly and professional staff, it is located in a very convenient place, breakfast is good, the hotel and the restaurant are very clean, the pool is small but cosy and the wellness area is complete. Prices for drinks are acceptable.
I appreciate the meal but dinner could be improved in some days.

This review would be of a completely different tenor if we had not discovered, through a couple of friends who booked by contacting the hotel directly, the large price differential (about +75%, always for two people, same dates and same type of room) that we were charged for having booked on Booking.com with the mockery, in our case, of even having the dinner apart, while for our friends it was included.
I tried to ask to speak with the Manager to get an explanation of such a relevant differential, but to my disappointment I had to find that the lady refused to come and speak to me, making the staff tell me that simply 'that's how it is if you don't book by calling us directly'.
We can also understand that there is a surcharge, but with such differential it tastes like a mockery.
Another fall from grace was that the ski-room lockers, despite being set up for this purpose, were not heated.
