Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück sehr gut. Der Garten ist hübsch. Der Aperol Sprizz war super.

Cons:

Das Restaurant war leider Sonntag Abend geschlossen und Montag auch. Sonst ist das Käth'r bestimmt gut, da am Nachmittag viele Gäste dort waren.

Once I stayed in this hotel and will not come back or recommend it to others.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, very nice additional was the fresh juices, every day a different one served to the table. The variation of the breakfast didn't match the expectation for an Austrian Hotel.

Cons:

I didn't like:
- that the gym didn't had any machines other than a stepper and a bicycle
- that the massage rooms were there but no massage was able to be booked
- 2 of our 4 overnights there was no housekeeping
- no minibar was in the room
- no safe in the room
- no telephone was in the room, so each time (before 22:00) you need to go down, in case you want to get some service
- the air-condition couldn't be managed in the room, but you need to go down, to tell at the reception to change temperature (just centralized and not individually possible)
- the price is by far too high for the experience you get
- overall the hotel has a cold ambient and no love for details were visible

Pros:

Das Frühstück war super, eine riesige Auswahl von diversen Speisen.
Parkplätze hat es auch genügend, da auch noch eine Tiefgarage vorhanden ist.

Pros:

Sehr regionales, reichhaltiges, frisches Frühstücksbuffet zudem wurden noch einige "Grüße" aus der Küche serviert, vom frisch gepressten Karotten Rote Bete Saft bis hin zu sehr appettitlichen Leberkäsbrötchen! Alles sehr fein angerichtet - einfach TOP!

Cons:

Gibt nichts, was nicht gut gewesen wäre. Sehr komfortable, moderne Zimmer, toller Service, sehr aufmerksames Personal und super Idee, die Gäste mit Apfelchips zu belohnen, wenn sie beim Wäschewaschen (täglicher Roomservice) mithelfen zu sparen!

Es gibt keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern😮‍💨

Schönes Hotel zu guten Konditionen
Pros:

Schönes sauberes und helles Zimmer, mit kleinem Schreibtisch und Fernsehgerät (dass ich aber erst suchen musste, da es hinter einem Vorhang versteckt war). Bequeme Betten und Mückengitter für den Sommer (ich denke das ist eine Gute Lösung so dicht am See).
Das Zimmer hat einen schönen Balkon und Parklplätze gibt es in begrenzter Anzahl direkt vor der Tür. Freundlixhes Personal und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Eine kleine Auswahl an Tageszeitungen sollte ebenfalls erwähnt werden, das man das immer seltener sieht. Hier fühltenixh lich sehr wohl.

Cons:

Das Mückengitter am Balkon (automatisch auf- und abfahrbar hatte links und rechts einen kleinen Spalt, der aber ausreichte, das die eine oder andere Mücke durchschlüpfte. Das kann durch Führungen links und rexhts leicht verbessert werden.
