Es war toll und preiswert.
Pros:

Die extreme Sauberkeit. Großes Fenster mit rießigem Baum davor. Getränke, Cafe und Snackautomaten mit sehr günstigen Preisen. Eher Zentral gelegen in ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuss am Hauptplatz und zur Donau bzw. Brucknerhalle ca. 3 Minuten.

Cons:

Gar nichts.

Pros:

Unterkunft in einem Studentenwohnheim, dafür aber recht preiswert. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, check-In verlief problemlos, sehr freundlicher Empfang. Ich konnte sehr gut schlafen, vielleicht lag es daran, dass das Wohnheim am Feiertag leer war.

Sehr sauber und sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis für eine Nacht
Pros:

Sehr ruhige Lage unweit der Innenstadt. Es strahlt zwar ein wenig den Charm eines Studentenwohnheims aus, aber es ist sehr sauber, ausreichend komfortabel für eine Nacht und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis mit € 61,- im Einzelzimmer inkl. Parkplatz ist einfach unschlagbar. Das Personal an der Rezeption war kompetent und sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Ein Zimmer in Richtung Rückseite (kleiner Park) wäre ruhiger gewesen.

Perfekt für meinen Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Brauchte nur eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht. Lage war für meinen Aufenthalt perfekt und das Zimmer passend.

Cons:

Für eine Nacht war es kein Problem aber ich hätte mir einen zweiten Polster bzw. keinen Federpolster gewünscht.
