Für mich war es voll OK. Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht und keinen zusätzlichen Ballast. Die Lage war Semi-Zentral aber nach 5-10 min. Fahrt mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war man im Stadtzentrum. Das Bett machte (wie das ganze Zimmer) einen Eindruck als sei Alles quasi neu.

Cons:

Gute Lage mit einem tollen Bäcker (sehr gutes Frühstück) in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie auch weitere Geschäfte (Hofer, Billa, Lidl). Zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittels waren es fußläufig ca. 3-5 min.

Ich war auf der Durchreise und dafür war das Zimmer auf jeden Fall ausreichend

Die Lage, Kaffeegutschein, Gemeinschaftsküche

Cons:

Bett war unbequem, Haus ist extrem hellhörig - die Nachbarn haben sich wie eine Horde Elefanten durch den Raum bewegt

Buena estadía
Pros:

Habitación confortable. Cambio de toallas a diario. Checkin y checkout sin problema y rápidos. La existencia de refrigerador en la habitación es de utilidad, también la cocina que está a disposición de los huéspedes

Cons:

De la estación de trenes son unos 3 km, pero se pueden hacer caminando sin problema, y supongo que hay transporte, aunque en mi caso no lo utilicé
