Velmi komfortní hotel s milým a ochotným personálem.
Pros:

Personál byl přátelský a profesionální, snídaně byly velmi rozmanité a luxusní. Rádi se vrátíme.

Cons:

Vstup do sauny nebyl povolen již v ranních hodinách, ale až odpoledne od 15 hodin. Bazén bychom ocenili o takových cca 5 stupňů teplejší.

Ein schöner Ort für eine Auszeit
Pros:

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes schickes Hotel mit sehr schönem Zimmer mit Balkon und wunderbarem Blick auf das Gasteiner Tal. Rezeption, Bar und Restaurant sind ebenfalls sehr gut. Gehzeit ins Zentrum ca. 25 Minuten, es gibt aber einen Transfer zum Skigebiet.

View was amazing, and it was a lovely Hotel, beautiful walk into town along the foot path overlooking Bad Gastein.

Cons:

You had to get a shuttle bus to the ski slopes

Pros:

Rooms nicely appointed with balcony definitely a plus

Cons:

No amenities in the rooms such as making a tea or coffee, no minibar, no snacks.
Hotel offers only 1 restaurants. No chance to get a snack or anything after a hard skiing day. Cake display is very disappointing a appears a few days old.
If I would have read guests reviews before I would have chosen a different place for our skiing holiday. My fault.
Very disappointing 😞 although recreational facilities are fantastic.

מלון חמוד. צוות נחמד מאוד, מציע סיוע וחייכני.
ארוחת בוקר טעימה מאוד.
אוירה נעימה בכל מקום.
ארוחת ערב במסעדה של המלון טובה מאוד, ידידותית לטבעוניים.

Cons:

1. לא היתה מכונת קפה בחדר , די הפתיע מלון ברמתו.
2. מציגים עצמם כמלון ספא...יש סאונה ובריכה פנימית קרה. לא ממש ספא..
3. חניה של המלון - בתשלום. מצויין באתר אבל עדיין מוזר שהתשלום עבור לינה הוא ככ גבוה והם דורשים תשלום עבור חניה פרטית של המלון.
4. מלון המעוצב יפה אך לא הייתי מגדירה כמלון אומנות.

Pros:

We’re staying here for the second time and once again we’re really enjoying our experience. The staff is extremely welcoming and accommodating, the rooms are nice and cozy, and the SPA is excellent.

Cons:

The only inconvenience is the limited number of ski shuttle services. There are only two shuttle times to and from the ski station, which doesn’t give guests much flexibility. Since skiing is the main reason for our visit, a more convenient and frequent shuttle schedule is a critical factor—especially as there are very few alternative transfer options.
