Não gostei do chuveiro, pois não havia água quente, frigobar muito velho,cama velha, o ar condicionado com mal cheiro, o elevador péssimo condições.

Atendimento ruim, reservei um quarto com ar condicionado e na hr me colocaram num quarto sem ar condicionado no calor!

Primeiro que o ATENDIMENTO foi horrível, o rapaz da recepção mal olhava na nossa cara, estava de mau humor, mal educado e o principal motivo pela estadia ter sido horrorosa foi um “ar condicionado” que era uma espécie de climatizador muito antigo que não climatizava nada!!!! Reservei pela booking um quarto com ar condicionado e na hora me colocaram num quarto que não tinha o bendito ar condicionado, além do calor absurdo dentro do quarto o climatizador fazia um barulho tão alto que dava pra escutar no final do corredor. Fui até o atendente pedir com toda educação do mundo pra ele mudar a gente de quarto, o mesmo falou que não tinha nenhum quarto disponível, aí nessa parte já não posso afirmar se era verdade ou não. Enfim, a pior experiência da minha vida! Tive que ficar tomando banho várias vezes durante a madrugada pra aguentar o calor.
