An incredible hotel in a beautiful setting!
Pros:

A truly fantastic hotel:
- friendly staff
- amazing food
- great breakfast selection
- very comfortable beds
- parking both outside and in locked underground
- excellent and beautiful location

Cons:

Dinner times were a bit restrictive - just be aware that you need to book dinner slots. Otherwise, nothing!

Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber eingerichtet. Das Essen war gut und der Service insgesamt in Ordnung. Die Lage eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunkt fĂĽr AusflĂĽge in der Region.

Cons:

Aus unserer Sicht ist das Hotel nicht familienfreundlich, obwohl es so beworben wird. Es gibt weder einen Spielplatz noch eine Spielecke oder andere Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Schade fanden wir außerdem, dass wir als Halbpensionsgäste bei schönem Wetter nicht auf der Terrasse essen durften, während À-la-carte-Gäste dort bedient wurden. Zudem gab es ein Problem mit unserer Buchung, wodurch für unser zweijähriges Kind 100 € für zwei Nächte berechnet wurden. Auch die Gästekarte hat unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt, da die Bergbahn auf die Steinplatte nicht enthalten ist.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit allem was man braucht, inklusive kleinem und schönen Wellness Bereich.
Das Hotel ist überall sehr schön mit Holz verkleidet bzw. eingerichtet.

die Lage und der Service hat mir gut gefallen

Cons:

das Frühstück war an allen 7 Tagen das gleiche. Es wurde nur zögerlich das Bufett aufgefüllt.
Wir haben das Zimmer gegen Aufpreis von täglich 40 Euro gewechselt. In dem von uns zuerst gebuchten Zimmer war es nicht möglich das Bett rechts stehend wegen der Dachschräge zu erreichen.

Top Hotel mit super KĂĽche
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Tolles Ambiente und ganz hervorragende KĂĽche. Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefĂĽhlt. Talstation der Bergbahn auf die Steinplatte liegt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Top!

Pros:

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Sendlhof.
Man hat sich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Eine solch persönliche Atmosphäre erlebt man selten.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Pros:

Super nettes Personal und hervorragende Küche, dieses Hotel kann ich sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Ein tolles großes Zimmer mit ebenerdiger großer Dusche und richtig großen Balkon. Nur wenige Minuten von der Seilbahn 🚡 Richtung Steinplatte entfernt.

Bel albergo familiale, in regime mezzo-pensione con ottima colazione e ampio menu a cena. Buona offerta sulla carta delle bibite (a pagamento). "Gästekarte" (carta per gli ospiti) messo a disposizione dall'ente turistico che permette tra altri di usufruire dei trasporti pubblici locali (bus)...situato nella bellissima valle del Pillersee, a metà strada tra Kitzbühel e Salisburgo.

Manca un mini-bar in stanza.
