Fantastisch
Pros:

De vibe van dit hotel was geweldig! Vriendelijk personeel en fantastische inrichting. Neem de tijd voor het ontbijt, het is heerlijk!!

Cons:

Als je vroeg wilt slapen zorg dan dat je geen kamer naast het trappenhuis hebt. Dit is ook de ingang van het restaurant en dit voor je vanuit de kamer.

Pros:

Velmi příjemné, pohodlné ubytování, skvělá lokalita. Co nás nadchlo a moc potěšilo, byla výborná italská kuchyně. Restaurace byla TOP a její šéfkuchař si nás okamžitě získal :) Moc jsme si pochutnali a tleskáme. V neposlední řadě chválíme personál, který je moc milý a profesionální. Velké díky paní majitelce, která se stará o maximální spokojenost hostů.

My dog and I enjoyed the warmth, friendliness, comfort and cleanliness.
Pros:

The food was delicious! The staff was so friendly. I felt comfortable taking my dog with me everywhere or leaving, if needed. And the atmosphere and all around environment were welcoming.

Pros:

Velmi dobrá lokalita, blízko sjezdovky lyžařského areálu. Snídaně dostačující, každý si vybere.
V hotelu je k dispozici sauna. Oceňuji také kryté parkování a místnost na usušení lyžařských bot.

Cons:

Poměrně vysoká cena za ubytování.

Pros:

Зупинялись в готелі на початку лютого. Сподобалась все. Дуже чисто, хороші сніданки та привітний персонал. У чоловіка був день народження, я звернулась до дівчат за допомогою. Вони допомогли привітати його зі святом, підготували мені тортик та свічки та привітали на сніданку. А ще дівчинка офіціантка з Хорватії неймовірно привітна. Велике дякую за відпочинок!

BEDBUGS!!!
We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of December 2025.
At first, the hotel looked nice and the owner was kind. However, on the third day of our stay, my husband found bedbugs near the bed. We immediately called the manager, who confirmed it and offered us another room. We refused, as we no longer wanted to stay in the hotel.

We tried to stay calm, and at that point no one had been bitten. When we got home, we washed everything and put what couldn’t be washed into the freezer. Unfortunately, on the fifth day my husband developed huge bites. We later found out that if you are bitten for the first time, the reaction can appear several days later. We went through days of horror — we had been in the room with our one-year-old baby and were terrified of when the bites might appear on his body.

We weren’t sure whether we had brought a bedbug home or if it was just a delayed reaction to the bites, but we decided to call a pest control service just to be safe. We were not allowed to stay in our apartment with the baby for the next 24 hours, so we had to stay in another hotel.

The whole experience was extremely frustrating. We asked the hotel to reimburse the cost of the pest control and the hotel stay, about 600 EUR, but we were told that their insurance would not cover such expenses and that this is simply part of the risk of traveling.

Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit wirklich sehr persönlichen und tollen Service
Pros:

sehr tolles Personal, total hilfsbereit, vor allem die Chefin, auch sehr gutes Abendessen

Cons:

Bett war etwas unbequem (zu weich) und das Licht am Zimmer etwas zu dunkel sowie zu Beginn war es im Zimmer auch eher kühl.

Pros:

Hotel je čistý, moderně zařízený, personál vstřícný, ochotný, výhodou jsou krytá parkovací místa.
Náš pokoj ve 2.patře byl velký, s prostorným balkonem a výhledem na hory.
Snídaně byla chutná, každý si vybere dle svého. Vynikající byla káva.

Cons:

V den příjezdu se v restauraci konala soukromá oslava, která trvala do pozdních nočních hodin !!. Byla velmi rušná a spát se dalo až od 02:00 hodin ranních. Po několikahodinové cestě byl tento ruch velmi nepříjemný. Další noci byly klidné.
Při rezervaci přes Booking.com měl být místní poplatek zahrnut v celkové ceně, avšak při platbě na místě nám tento poplatek byl účtován.
