Der Name ust Programm
Pros:

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich. Der Name des Hotels ist Programm und die Aussicht wirklich sensationell. Das Abendessen war hervorragend, die Weinauswahl sehr gut.

Cons:

Ein bisschen enttäuscht waren wir von der Wurstauswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Vor allem wenn man, wie wir am Abreisetag, etwas später kommt, ist der Wurstaufschnitt an den Rändern angetrocknet. Das sollte mal überdacht werden.

Pros:

Der Ausblick des Hotels ist super. Auch das Restaurantpersonal ist sehr nett und höflich gewesen. Sowohl beim Abendessen, als auch beim Frühstück. Das wars aber leider auch schon bei den positiven Dingen.

Cons:

Leider sieht das Hotel nicht annähernd aus, wie auf den Bildern. Die Raumhöhe war so unfassbar niedrig, dass ich die ganze Zeit das Gefühl hatte, ich bin in meinem Keller. Die Betten sind in der Mitte getrennt und es gibt zwei Decken. Eher blöd für Paare. Das Empfangspersonal war eher schroff und unfreundlich. Der Mitarbeiter, der uns aufgenommen hatte 30 Minuten vor Check-In-Schluss hatte keine Lust, uns das Zimmer zu zeigen, oder uns bei dem Gepäck zu helfen und wollte so schnell es geht Feierabend machen. Am letzten Tag haben wir dann einen Late-Checkout angefragt bis 12 Uhr, da ich mir einen schweren grippalen Infekt eingefangen hatte. Der gleiche Typ meinte dann "das geht auf keinen Fall, weil unser Stammgast kommt, der seit 40 Jahren kommt in diese Suite will". In meinen Augen ein komplett falsches Verhalten in so einer Situation. Auch die Dusche unserer Suite ist permanent übergelaufen weil man beim Bau anscheinend die Absenkung vergessen hat. Nachts sind Pistenraupen sehr laut zu hören bis 2-3 Uhr morgens. Im Zimmer gibt es KEINE Klimatisierung und es ist permanent viel zu heiß.

Fantastic hotel and skiing vacation with family
Pros:

Fantastic hotel! Very big, comfortable, spacious and cozy rooms, heated bathroom and toilet floor. Food at the restaurant was exeptional and very delicious, good choice of meals. SPA was with fantastic panoramic views to the mountains from sauna and pool. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back.

Cons:

A bit far away from bars if you need them.

Pobyt w tym miejscu jest fantastycznym doświadczeniem!
Pros:

Hotel jest bardzo wyjątkowy. To nasz drugi raz w tym miejscu. Usytuowany jest na stoku na wysokości ponad 2000 m, widok z okna sypialni, z restauracji oraz z basenu zewnętrznego zapiera w dech piersiach za każdym razem. Jedzenie jest niesamowite i da się wyraźnie odczuć jakość produktów. Obsługa na bardzo wysokim poziomie a jednocześnie bardzo sympatyczna. Gorąco pozdrawiamy Pana Janka, który porywa serca wszystkich gości.

Pros:

Die Aussicht ist einfach der Wahnsinn! Schon beim Ankommen wurden wir super freundlich begrüßt und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Der Service ist echt top, da gibt’s wirklich nichts zu meckern. Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern und richtig gemütlich. Der Wellnessbereich ist groß, schön gemacht und bietet viel Abwechslung. Und das Essen? Ganz klar 10/10 – absolut lecker!

Cons:

Es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen.
