Schönes Hotel mit gutem Service, aber mit inakzeptablen Mängel im Wellnessbereich.
Pros:

Das Ambiente des Hotels insgesamt war sehr geschmackvoll. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und im Service war wirklich toll. Buffets und Speisen waren sehr umfangreich und sehr gut (auch wenn zT der Käse bereits harte Ränder und die sogenannten harten Würste eine überraschende Härte hatten). Das Zimmer war großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Parkgarage war im Preis inkludiert.
Alles Vorgenannte (außer der Anmerkung in der Klammer) erwartet man auch in diesem Preissegment.

Cons:

1) Ab dem 3. Tag unseres Aufenthalts wurde im Saunabereich das einzige und ohnehin sehr kleine Warmwasserbecken auch für textile Benutzung freigegeben, obwohl im Hotel mehrere große Schwimmbecken für textile Nutzung zur Verfügung stehen. Das ist gegenüber den Nutzern im Nacktbadebereich sehr respektlos und auch hygienisch bedenklich. Neben dem Becken befindet sich die einzige große Sauna aus der ca alle 2 Stunden nach dem Aufguss 25 bis 30 Personen nackt herauskommen und von den bekleideten Gästen begafft werden. Gemäß der Homepage des Hotels und der Hinweistafel im Saunabereich ist das kleine Becken im Saunabereich für textilfreie Nutzung vorgesehen. Wir - und auch andere Saunagäste - waren sehr irritiert.
Anm: Laut Aussage an der Hotelrezeption wird auch das ab Sommer 2026 neue, große Becken im 4.Stock neben dem neuen Saunabereich sowohl für bekleidete als auch für nackte Gäste gleichzeitig benutzbar sein. Unglaublich!

2) Im Saunabereich stehen im Tageslichtbereich nur wenige Liegen zur Verfügung. Die Unart mancher Gäste, die Liegen in der früh mit Taschen zur reservieren und dann in Ruhe zum Frühstück zu gehen, wird vom Hotel leider toleriert. Wir waren 4 Tage im Hotel und haben ca um 10 Uhr keine freie Liege in diesem Bereich bekommen.

Wegen 1) und 2) werden wir vermutlich dieses Hotel nicht mehr besuchen.

Die Rezeption hat uns die Übermittlung der Rechnung per Email zugesagt. Bisher leider nicht eingetroffen.

Top-Wellness und gute Lage zum Skifahren. Feine Kombination.
Pros:

Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Top Saunaaufgüsse mit Musik. wirklich überraschend. Sehr gut gemacht auch die "Handtuch-Show". Unser Zimmer war herrlich - sehr geräumig mit große Terrasse. Wirklich fein! Auch der Innenpool ist toll! Skibus vor der Türe auch praktisch.

Cons:

Dass man sich bei Frühstück nicht direkt eine Eierspeis oder ähnliches bestellen bzw. gleich mitnehmen kann, sondern zuerst zum Tisch gehen und dort umständlich einen Zettel ausfüllt, den man dann wieder zur "Eierspeis-Station" bringen muss.
Besetzte Liegen im Bereich der Panorama-Sauna, lautes Essen im Ruhebereich.

Boende med hög klass
Pros:

Vi gillade det fina och fräscha boendet med hög klass på rummet och alla andra publika ytor . Vi gillade att skidbussen stannade 5 meter utanför hotellet. Den textilfria avdelningen i spa var mycket fin och trevligt med Aufguss

A lil piece of heaven in the Austrian countryside
Pros:

This is one of the most divine resorts we have stayed at. The staff is outstanding. The food is lip-smacking.The services are par excellence. The rooms and facilities are ultra luxurious.
