Cons:

Boravak u ovom hotelu bio je veliko razočaranje zbog niza ozbiljnih propusta u održavanju i usluzi.
​Sobe i higijena: Peškiri su dotrajali i u veoma lošem stanju, a na čaršafima su bile vidljive rupe. Tepisi u sobama su potpuno dotrajali i zreli za zamjenu.
​Infrastruktura i problemi sa strujom: U sobi ne postoji ispravna utičnica za peglu – svaki pokušaj korištenja (čak i hotelske pegle koju su nam naknadno donijeli) izaziva iskakanje osigurača. Pored toga, hodnici imaju problem sa vlagom na zidovima kod kupatila.
​Usluga i organizacija: Dobili smo samo jednu ključ-karticu, a drugu nam nisu mogli obezbijediti, zbog čega smo morali sjediti u mraku dok mi nismo dobili nasu koja je slucajno ostala u taksiju. Također, iako je na platformi navedeno da je parking dostupan, po dolasku nam je rečeno da se parking mora unaprijed rezervisati, što nigdje nije bilo jasno naglašeno...

Great location, lovely rooms
Pros:

Short but pleasant stay at hotel. Great location in old town. Parking next door. Sad to miss the breakfast due to early check out. Wish we’d been able to stay a few more nights.

Trebinje est magnifique, mais cet hôtel propose un service glacial et sans sourire.
Pros:

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été gâché par la qualité catastrophique du petit-déjeuner. Entre les fruits abîmés/pourris sur le buffet et les œufs sur le plat trop cuits, la fraîcheur et la préparation ne sont clairement pas au rendez-vous. C'est bien dommage, car un effort sérieux sur la qualité de la nourriture est indispensable pour que cet hôtel vaille la peine d'y séjourner.

Cons:

L'accueil est glacial : le personnel n'est vraiment pas sympa et pas un sourire ne vient rattraper la froideur du service. Un effort majeur sur l'attention portée aux clients est indispensable pour cet hôtel.

Die Lage ist nett (in einer kleinen Altstadt), schicke Terrasse, renoviertes Badezimmer, Wellnessbereich vorhanden.

Cons:

Leider starker Schimmelbefall an der Decke des Zimmers und das Frühstück war nicht gut (schmutzige Tischdecke, Buffet war unordentlich und wirkte schmuddelig, kleine Auswahl an Speisen, Kühlung und Abdeckung der Lebensmittel nur mäßig gut).

Pros:

La recepcionista fue muy amable y atenta.
Buena ubicación.
Tienen 2 jacuzzis en otra ubicación, al otro lado del casco antiguo que pueden usar los huéspedes del hotel.

Cons:

Limpieza justa y olía a tabaco.
Desayuno muy malo y camareros con pocas ganas de trabajar.
La puerta no cerraba bien y a las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento.
Las toallas de ducha no estaban, la tuvimos que pedir. Toallas raídas.
Te ponen 2 cápsulas de Nespresso y una cafetera en la habitación pero cobran 3 KM por café.

Location. Inside Trebinje old town close to the main gate. Actually, our room was above it :)
very good vibe of the town which fully deserves the visit.

Cons:

smoking allowed during breakfast. probably it's a standard in Bosnia, but we no longer used to take smoke from the table next to us while indoor.
