Excellent!
Pros:

It's a very nice hotel. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are lovely. We have stayed in a few places in Trebinje over the years, and this is our favourite.

Cons:

I really don't know. I can't think of anything negative about the hotel. There is smoking in the hotel restaurant/bar, but this is just a cultural reality of Bosnia.
