Modern hotel overlooking Neum.
Pros:

Excellent view from the room. Nice fruit bowl in the room at arrival. Spacious and comfortable room. Good facilities.

Cons:

Hotellet låg inte på stranden som det stod i anonsen. Både min man och jag lider av åderbråck och kunde inte gå till stranden. Det var massor med trappor till stranden , det hade vi ingen aning om. Vi känner att vi blev lurade och hoppas att ni kommer att kompensera oss på något sätt. Vår semester blev förstört då vi inte kunde gå till stranden en enda gång. Hoppas ni skriver rätta uppgifter i fortsättningen

Pros:

Alacard vecera izvrsna, pohvale sefu i njegovoj ekipi. Konobar na baru (mislim da se zove Marko) perfektno ugodan. Soba je prostrana i cista, lokacija izvrsna

Cons:

Krevet je jako neudoban, sto je steta jer vizualno puno obecava. Još jedna primjedba na buffe veceru koja je 35 maraka, a jako malo izbora tako da je moja preporuka alacard.

I helhet en Hotell med hög standard med små korrigeringar kan vara fantastiskt.
Pros:

-Frukost var superbra
-bekvämlighet( sängarna var fantastiska)
-städning( personal var snälla och vänliga)
-fräscha toaletter både i rummet och på övriga toaletter
-utsikten var fantastisk och balkong superstor
- rum var fräscht, fin och modern
-Klimatanläggningen i rummet fungerade utmärkt

Cons:

-Solstolar var för få ibland och många lämnade handdukar och går till havet medan de andra kunde inte använda stolar och parasoller.
-Parasoller var inte bra och ramlade på folk när det blåste.
-Kvällsmat kan vara bättre och drickan måste betalas separat. Förslag att man kan få en drink med mat eller eventuellt vatten, det är en små grej som kan betyda mycket för gäster.

Pros:

We stayed on the top floor with a beautiful sea view. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Cons:

The buffet was terrible. We were tired after traveling and didn’t want to go out so we paid for the dinner buffet and it was the worst in our life. Food was cold and low quality. There are nice restaurants walking distance. Breakfast was also very bad with cold scramble eggs, cold sunny side eggs that clearly been there forever and cold sausages. Basically everything was cold and poor quality. It was a bit surprising for 4*.

Pool area and spa is nice but could be a bit better organised. For example there are cleaning equipment standing here and there, service doors wide open. Steam sauna was not working.
