Pros:

Die Lage war gut. Das Depot und Skipass waren schon organisiert. Das habe ich sehr geschätzt. Der digitale Check Inn finde ich super. Habe es noch nie machen müssen, finde es aber sehr gut. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und der Geburtstag von meiner Partnerin wurde auch nicht vergessen und es gab ein Begrüssungs Cüpli. Alles in allem, sehr gut. Danke.

Amazing quality & hositality
Pros:

Lovely property. Close to bus stop and easy to find. AMAZING sauna/ steam room/ wellness area. Staff (owner) was so kind and accommodating. VIP ski lockers at Ischgl were such a convenient inclusion. We were greeted with Prosecco and the hospitality was above & beyond expectations before we even arrived. I can not say enough good things about this place and hope to return the next time we visit this area! Our flights were canceled with Lufthansa strike and they worked with us on a late check out to accommodate the changes. Fresh bread delivery in the mornings is a great option as well!

Neus und tolles Appartmenthaus mit außergewöhnlicher Serviceorientierung des Besitzers.
Pros:

Schon das "ankommen" war der erste Super Eindruck. Ich bin noch nie so freundlich und persönlich empfangen worden wie im Asterina. Der Chef des Hauses "lebt das Wort Service".
Wir hatten ein nigel/nagelneues extrem stylisch und top- ausgestattetes Appartment. Egal wo man hinsieht nur Qualitätsprdukte verbaut, vieles in Massanfertigung (Holz) und top zu bedienen. Hervorragende Ausstattung. 4 Mülltrenn behälter uaf dem Balkon. Top gemütliche Betten, 2 TVs..... unglaublich.
Für uns in perfekter Lage in 3 min zur Bushaltestelle Mathon, nahe am örtlichen Mini Supermarkt. Kleiner aber sehr feiner Wellnesbereich mit Tee-Sation. Geräumige Parkplätze. Semmel-Service fürs Frühstück. Getränke im Eingangsbereich auf Strichliste. Skipassservice (hierfür Bargeld dafür mitbrigen wie üblich).
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Es war ein toller Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Es war eine sehr schöne, saubere und tolle Unterkunft, es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Gastgeber war sehr nett und aufmerksam, hat uns mit einem Kaffee empfangen in der Frühe und uns alles toll erklärt.
Wir hatten einen schönen Wellnessbereich den man nach dem Ski fahren nutzen konnte.
Die Ski Bushaltestelle war sehr nahe zu erreichen und es gab ein VIP Depot an der Pardatschgratbahn
War ein schöner Kurzurlaub.

Hele aardige service, leuke man! Ook mooie appartementen en je kan vanaf daar makkelijk met de bus richting de ski lockers!

Pros:

The localisation of the hotel was excellent, in a silent village of Mathon, close to Ischgl. Very close to the skibus stop. Very well suited apartments. Our had a view to the mountains on both sides of the valley and a glass roof, so we could see the stars. Also, there was an well equiped wellnesss center in the hotel, in the price of the apartment. The logistics in Astellina hotel was fantastic! Everything was anticipated by Herr Dietmar Walser and his team. For example we could receive in the hotel our ski passes as well as a key for the ski depot at the Pardatschgratbahn. In addition, Mr. Dietmar was so kind and helpfull everytime. Once he picked us with his car to Ischgle, when the bus stop was overcrowded. This is unusual. This is the first time from all 8 times we stayed in the Alps region, when such extraordinary hospitality is presented.

Pros:

The stay was perfect. Location, service, wellness and a particularly warm welcome from the owner Ditmar. He does everything to make you comfortable. The bus stop is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. We were able to leave our ski equipment at the hotel's ski depot in Ischgl, no annoying carrying of ski equipment, always dry and warm shoes, gloves and helmets. The apartments are very comfortable, well equipped, perfectly clean. We strongly recommend visiting the sauna. Just what you need after a day of skiing. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you very much!
