Centrale locatie, vriendelijk personeel en fijne service!
Pros:

Mooie centrale locatie met uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Er werd direct met ons meegedacht, zodat we snel op zaterdag konden gaan skiën. ’s Ochtends rustig mijn werkmail kon verwerken. Bij vertrek in de vroege ochtend werd er zelfs een leuk ontbijttasje voor ons geregeld. Echt een fijne service!

The location was fantastic. Close to the lifts and in the centre of town.
The restaurant had a wide variety of tasty food and the service was excellent.
The hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

Property is clean & centrally located, but some minor matters mean that it's not the hotel for me.
Pros:

The Location is excellent if you want to be central. You can easily reach the nursery slope in the village by foot, or the Gondola station which takes up you to the top of the resort.

Storing our skis and other gear in the hotel basement was very convenient.

The breakfast was everything you could wish for - EXCEPT for the thermos flasks of coffee.

Cons:

The breakfast coffee was not freshly brewed, it was served in thermos flasks, and was weak.
Why is it made in advance, why not fresh coffee? I would not stay here again because of this.

But the noise level of other guests up until 1am and even 2am would stop me from booking this hotel again.

The room was clean and spacious, but very spartan - we had not so much as a drinking glass, or waste paper basket. There was one very large swing bin in the batheroom. But we would have expected at least separate bins for recyclable items like paper & glass.

Some of my party complained about the church bells that rang out early and often from around 7am every day - this didn't really bother me.

The sauna was only switched on twice during our 7 days there. The rest of the items making up the 'Wellness Center' (infra-red cabin, jacuzzi tubs) were not working at all when we went in there. Checking out, we queried this and were told we just needed to speak to the reception staff to get the sauna switched on. But this was not stated or written anywhere, and there was never any staff at reception when we passed through the lobby.

Frühstück war ok.
Die Lage im Ortszentrum und die Nähe zum Skilift sind toll.

Cons:

Mit keiner Silbe wurde erwähnt, dass sich im Keller des Hotels eine Apres-Ski-Bar befindet, deren Krach bis in die Nacht (z.T. bis 3 Uhr) in den Zimmern darüber zu hören war.

Cons:

Die Matratzen sind sehr hart und durchgelegen. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Teppich ausgestattet.
