Rundum empfehlenswertes Haus mit individuellem Anspruch.
Pros:

Kein Wunsch bleibt offen, ob individuelle Eierspeisen oder Getränke. Persönliches Interesse und Tipps für die Gäste sind Ehrensache. Familiär geführt und authentisch!

Cons:

Man jammert auf hohem Niveau, wenn man die Anbindung an die Pisten für zu weit entfernt moniert. Alles noch im Rahmen und in zumutbarer Entfernung, jedoch kein direkter Einstieg möglich.

Ein Haus das sehr liebevoll saniert wurde!!
Ein sehr liebevoller Empfang!!

Zusätzlich gab es eine persönliche Parkplatzeinweisung von einem sehr netten Hausmeister!!

Perfect ski hotel
Pros:

Super friendly owners and hotel stuff. State of the art ski equipment storage room. Next to the Zentral lift. Very well designed rooms. Great choice of food for the breakfast.

Very nice family hotel with traditions and personalized service
Pros:

The owners and the staff care about each visitor. For example, on the departure day they gave me a lift in a private car to my bus departure location so I don’t need to walk with my ski bag.

Hotel stoji na hribu in ima lep pogled na mesto ter gorovje ki ga obkroža. Odnos osebja je odličen.
Pros:

Višja lega hotela omogoča čudovit pogled na center mesta Obertaurn ter gorovje ki ga obkroža. Izstopa pristen odnos osebja, ki je na visoki ravni. Posebej bi pohvalila gospodično Neveno iz strežbe, ki nama je vsak dan polepšala zajtrk. Odlična organizacija in pomoč pri parkiranju avtomobila.

Great choice of stay on Obertauern
Pros:

Overall the Hotel is excellent, breakfast is of sufficient choice and tasty, beds are comfortable, location is about 200m walk to the lift. The staff is truly on purpose, high emotion, customer oriented.

Cons:

Sauna is very small for all the people who want to use it. Infra sauna is bigger and not used at all, finish sauna is small and very full. Personally would prefer shower to bathtub in room, but serves the purpose, so good.

Dobro vođen obiteljski hotel, pazi se na detalje.
Pros:

Obiteljski hotel na samom skijalištu, osoblje izuzetno ljubazno, hrana na doručku svježa i raznovrsna.
Detalj gdje su očistili automobil od snijega prije nego smo krenuli na put je za svaku pohvalu.

Tolle Lage und tolles Hotel. Inhaber geführt. Personal und Inhaber sind Top.
Pros:

Die Gastgeber und das Personal sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie gehen auf die Bedürfnisse ihrer Gäste sehr gut ein. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und für jede ernährungsform ist etwas dabei. Abends kann man ebenfalls im Hotel essen. Es ist jedoch eine "kleine" Speisekarte, welche für uns gepasst hat. Man kann sich spontan entscheiden, ob man lieber im Hotel essen möchte oder doch in den vielen umliegenden Restaurants. Leider wurden wir im Urlaub krank. Die Gastgeber Traute und Roland als auch das Personal haben sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und sogar das Essen ins Zimmer gebracht.

Prodloužený víkend na lyžích jsme si zde užili. Vše bylo dle očekávání.
Pros:

Pestré snídaně, velmi milá paní domácí, parkování bezproblémů, funkční free WiFi, lyžárna s vyhříváním bot.

Cons:

Při horších sněhových podmínách, je náročnější se dostat ze sjezdovky zpět do hotelu.
