Obsługa popsuła tu wszystko :(

Czysto, dobra lokalizacja, parking

Cons:

Sam hotel był czysty. Jednak obsługa zdecydowanie nie zasługiwała na tak wysokie oceny. Po długiej i męczącej podróży dotarliśmy około 21:00 i nie mogliśmy znaleźć naszego pokoju. Chodziliśmy po hotelu, a obsługa kilkukrotnie kierowała nas w złe miejsca.

Okazało się, że drzwi do naszego pokoju były ukryte za innymi drzwiami wyglądającymi jak zwykłe drzwi do pokoju i nie były w ogóle oznakowane. Zmęczeni czuliśmy się dość głupio, krążąc i próbując je znaleźć. Ostatecznie dopiero kelner pomógł nam odnaleźć właściwe drzwi.

Śniadanie było w porządku, ale bez szału. Pokoje były czyste, jednak spodziewaliśmy się wyższego standardu po hotelu z tak dobrymi opiniami.

Zur Not ok, aber öfter eher nicht...
Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut und umfassend, Abendessen auch soweit ok, die Kellner im Restaurant sehr bemüht und auch freundlich, Saunabereich toll und in meinem Fall sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Das Schild an der Rezeption zeigt an, dass man am Vorabend zahlen soll - aber leider war weder um 18:00 noch um 19:00 und auch nicht mehr um 21:00 wer da zum Zahlen. Die ältere deutsche Dame am Morgen war alles andere als freundlich, konnte nicht mal 20 Euro rausgeben - Service schaut anders aus. Die Zimmer sind eher laut, weil die Wände dünn sind. Straße in meinem Fall kaum hörbar, der Kollege weiter vorne und unten hat das anders erlebt.

prachtige, ruime en grote kamer ('Romantic suite') inclusief infra-rood saun op de kamer voor ons 3-en
à la carte restaurant heeft een leuke kaart met prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding
prima ontbijt buffet
personeel is erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam

Cons:

eerste paar dagen was bij 't ontbijt (ingebrepen bij de boeking/gemaakte reservering) geen tafeltje toegewezen aan ons (terwijl op andere tafels overal keurig naamkaartjes/kamernummers waren geplaatst)
uiteindelijk steeds snel opgelost door het personeel ('kies maar een plaatsje'), maar dan zit je toch net even wat minder 'relaxed'
