Wunderschönes Hotel und Zimmer (Gratis Upgrade auf Doppelzimmer). Rezeption und Personal Top. Lage perfekt.

Very welcoming lady at the front desk, the lady handling the breakfast was very friendly and made you feel at home. We entered a very clean room and the bathroom was spotless. There were also enough options in the breakfast.

Die Whirlpoolfunktion hat nicht funktioniert.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels direkt neben dem Eingang zum Kaiserpark/ der Kaiservilla war für uns ideal und angrenzend ist auch das schöne Salzkammergut Parkbad einfach perfekt. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut und die Auswahl sehr umfangreich. Das Wirtshaus im Hotel hat zwar keine sehr große Speisekarte, aber dafür typisch österreichische Küche und alle Speisen waren frisch zubereitet, geschmacklich vorzüglich und der Service sehr freundlich und um den Kunden bemüht. Aus unserer Sicht ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Frühstück top, Personal freundlich, Lage prima; es gab aber auch ein paar Mankos.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war top! Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen und die Qualität war super! Auch die Betreuung des Frühstücksbuffets war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend! Auch die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut! Es gab ein Wellnessangebot, das ich aber nicht nutzen konnte.

Cons:

Das WLAN war in meinem Zimmer eher schwächer, an zwei von drei Tagen hatten nur rund ein Drittel der angebotenen Sender übers Fernsehgerät empfang. Zwei Drittel der Sender waren entweder pixelig oder liefen gar nicht. Die Matratze war schon etwas weich, es bildete sich eine Mulde.

Stilvolles Hotel, zentrale Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, optimal für öffentliche Anreise.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof, direkt neben dem Garten der Kaiservilla, in Zentrumsnähe, die Talstation der Seilbahn auf die Katrin ist zu Fuß in einer halben Stunde erreichbar.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet außerordentlich reichhaltig, das Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Cons:

Vom Gastgarten des Restaurants kann man direkt auf den Pool des Indoor-Spa-Bereichs blicken.
