Pros:

Einfach alles war wundervoll. Es begann beim
Frühstück, das in einem ausreichenden Buffet selbst auszuwählen war. Hier ist besonders das Bircher Müsli hervorzuheben. Das Abendessen, das es als 4-Gänge- Menü gab, war stets überaus schmackhaft und stets in guter Menge. Die Zimmer, in denen wir vier Nächte verbringen durften, waren offensichtlich vor Kurzem renoviert worden. Die Reinigung erfolgte immer rasch und überaus ordentlich.

Cons:

Eine Minibar im Zimmer wäre noch das i-Tüpfelchen gewesen.

Lovely staff, perfect location, nice food.

Everything, The room was great and the restaurant was really nice. The location is perfect for ski touring.

The hotel was fully booked and at the peak hours 5-6pm the spa was really packed.

We planing next ski vacation in March, looking forward to reserve room again
Pros:

This Hotel has 3 stars, but in our opinion should have at least 4. Its run by family and everything was perfect to the little details . Breakfast was full of options and delicious . Dinner was , to our surprise better than in other places we eat. I recommend the trout, never before I eat was so good . Skiers who decided to ski in Khutai have option to take ski bus (free) directly across the hotel

Het uiterst hoffelijk en supervriendelijk personeel. Ruime kamer met mooi uitzicht. Goede bedden, brandschoon, grote badkamer met fijne douche. Eten zeer goed.

Cons:

Niets, hooguit het zitje tegenover de glazen badkamerdeur, beetje bijzonder, maar meer ook niet.

Ein rundum erholsamer Kurzurlaub in einem tollen Hotel mit tollen Gastgebern!

Tolle Gastgeber, super Service, alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus, alles sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir hatten Halbpension mit einem sehr reichlichen und sehr gutem Frühstück. Die Abendmenüs waren hervorragend. Ein großes Lob an alle dort tätigen Mitarbeiter. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank.

Pros:

The host, the service, the all place - absolutely perfect!!! We didnt rent the car and so the hotel is in very strategic position in terms of bus connetions to the different ski resorts and Innsbruck etc. Strongly recommend to book this hotel. The hotel is also recognised by ski rentong shops and so we had a good discount.

Wir hatten ein ganz neu renoviertes Zimmer, das sehr schön war.
Der Empfang war gut organisiert und man ist herzlich empfangen worden.

Cons:

Unser Tisch für das Abendessen und Frühstück war nicht sehr gemütlich und auch der Service ließ zu Wünschen übrig. Wir saßen mehr oder weniger im Durchgang. Der Tisch neben uns wurde als Bestecksortiertisch genutzt, was auch nicht gerade beigetragen hat, einen schönen Abend zu verbringen.
Wir durften erst um 20:00 Uhr (warum auch immer) an unseren Tisch und unser Kellner hat unsere Bestellungen (Vor-/Hauptspeise) nicht gut aufgenommen. So kamen Vor- und Hauptspeise zum Teil zum gleichen Zeitpunkt. Als wir Nachtisch bestellen wollten, hieß es dann, dass die Küche um 20:30 Uhr zu gemacht hat. Das hätte man uns meines Erachtens vorab mitteilen müssen und dann darf ich auch nicht erst einen Tisch für 20 Uhr vergeben. Dies alles hinterließ einen faden Beigeschmack.
