Dear guests,

we have wonderful news for you! Our range of therapies is growing - and with it our space for exercise, well-being and relaxation. From February to November 2025, a spacious extension will be built on around 1640 ft² with a modern fitness studio, two exercise rooms and an inviting yoga terrace.

The construction work will take place in front of the hotel, so that our existing rooms remain fully available to you.

Frau Anna im Restaurant war großartig und extrem kompetent und freundlich

Cons:

leider keine proaktive Info, dass es kein Wifi gibt beim Check-In - dies ist - wenn man beruflich unterwegs ist ein no go // keine Infos wegen a la carte Abendessen an der Rezeption ("müssens rüber gehen, keine Ahnung"), hauseigene Sauna war nicht eingeschaltet - es wirkt in Summe lieblos und erinnert eher an ein eindeutiges Kurhotel auch weil sich die Kurgäste nicht wie Hotelgäste abends kleiden, darauf wird kein Wert gelegt, was schade ist.

Pros:

Es war sehr schön und ich werde wieder kommen.
Schade habe ich gefunden dass wir kurz vor 9 keine Gondel mehr benüzen konnten das sie angebleich defekt war und wir nass bei -temperaturen zum Hotel gehen mussten.
Ich habe auch über booking.com einen fragebogen ausgefüllt woch ich eine Flasche Champagner und Rosen bestellt habe,diese aber nicht bekommen habe.
Ansonsten war alles top und wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Very relaxing stay if you want to enjoy the Therme and relax and do nothing.
Pros:

The location was very close to the main train station of Köflach. The hotel arranged a free shuttle service via a car that was very convenient. The stay was excellent with the room being very spacious and nice. The facilities of the Therme were excellent. The massages offered in the Therme very were affordable and very good too.

Cons:

We would have liked to have a kettle in the room to make our own hot water or make coffee to drink in the room when we wanted it. Also all the saunas in the Therme area of the facility were FKK (have to be in the fully nude), which meant that we did not have a sauna option while being on the Therme side of the facility as we did not want to use the FKK as we are not comfortable in that way. Gym is rather small, especially considering it is fully occupied for planned sessions by those who stay there for this reason (Kur etc.) and was not easily available when we felt like using it.

Sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und modern eingerichtet. Wir machen schon viele Jahre Urlaub in der Therme, dieses Mal ist uns aufgefallen, dass wir als Hotelgäste von den Kurgästen unterschieden wurden, was uns persönlich gut gefallen hat.
Auch hatten wir zum Frühstück den selben Tisch , vorher wurden wir jeden Tag an einen anderen gesetzt.
