Henkilökuntaa ei näkynyt ollenkaan,kirjauduttiin netissä ja avain oli valmiina. Huone oli tilava ja siisti samoin erinomainen sijainti. Liikennemelua ei kuulunut.

Perfekte Lage und charmantes Haus für einen Besuch in Bad Ischl
Pros:

Die alten Gemäuer sind super modernisiert und adaptiert. Das Zimmer hatte sehr viel Charme mit tollem Balkon.
Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Der Wintergarten mit durchgehend freier Kaffee und Teeentnahme, kleiner Kochnische und sehr schöner Möglichkeit dort zu sitzen und zu essen ist herrlich . Vor allem auch der Garten rundherum.

Das Einchecken ohne persönliche Kontakte hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Das Reinigungspersonal ist sehr freundlich.

self managing hotel, everything is nice, quite, kitchen with tea&snack facilities was a really nice addition, storage room for luggage is great

1 star. Disappointing stay for the price point.
Pros:

Very close to the railway station.

Cons:

We stayed for three nights. Check-in was self-service using notes left at the reception desk. While we were later informed that staff are present until 3 PM, we did not encounter any staff during our stay, and our phone calls for assistance went unanswered.

The room had several maintenance and comfort issues, including dated furnishings, an unstable shower head, no bathroom waste bin, no toiletries, and a bad smell. There were also mosquitoes in the room.

On our third day, we placed the cleaning sign on the door as instructed, but the room was not properly serviced and the bed linens were not changed during our stay.

At checkout, there was no staff present, so we left the keys ourselves at the reception desk.

Given the rates charged, the lack of accessible on-site service, the housekeeping issue, and the unanswered calls made this stay fall well short of our expectations.

Stilvolles Hotel mit einer schönen Geschichte. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und doch ruhig.

Das Haus ist wunderschön restauriert und die Lage im Zentrum ist perfekt!

Pros:

大満足です。　きれいにリフォームされていて、内装はきれいです。部屋はスイートで広く快適です。1階に共用の冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカ、湯沸かしポットがあります。部屋に湯沸かしはありませんが、1階のもので十分でした。紙コップやグラスなども豊富においてあります。
駅からすぐのところにあり、非常に便利です。少し丘のようになっているのと石畳でスーツケースは少し苦労しますが、森の中で泊まっているような気分が味わえ、ベランダでのティータイムは非常に爽快です。
フロントはありませんが、チェックインはセルフで気兼ねがありません。早く着いて荷物だけ預けたいときは、荷物置き部屋に入れておけばOKです。部屋番号では部屋が何階かわかりませんが、鍵のおいてあるテーブルに記載されています。

Facilities are good but very poor service

Good location, lovely environment, spacious room

Cons:

There is no staff at all! I was bitten by their cat and needed emergency help, but no one was there and they didn’t answer any call or message!
