Pros:

Ein absolut toll gelegenes Hotel bei dem alles passt.
Personal sehr,sehr freundlich. Zimmer sind sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Frühstück ist mehr als ausreichend und auch das Restaurant ist in unseren Augen sehr zum empfehlen.

Great place, good value!
Pros:

Location, we had room with waterfall view) amazing view and rooms, everything was clean. Breakfast was excellent, restaurant and cocktails are great, everybody were very friendly! We were with 2 children (1 and 3), there is playground inside and outside, a lot of fun!

كانت إقامتنا أكثر من رائعة بكل المقاييس. الفندق يتمتع بموقع خلاب وإطلالات ساحرة على شلال كريمل، والغرف نظيفة ومريحة، والأجواء هادئة ومثالية للاسترخاء. لكن أكثر ما ميّز هذه التجربة هو طاقم العمل الاستثنائي. فقد كانوا في غاية اللطف والاحترافية، وحرصوا على مساعدتنا في العثور على الطعام الحلال، وهو ما جعل إقامتنا أكثر راحة. وعندما تعطلت سيارتنا بسبب نفاد البطارية، بادر الموظفون فورًا لمساعدتنا وتشغيل السيارة بكل اهتمام ودون تردد. هذا المستوى من الاهتمام والإنسانية نادر ويستحق كل التقدير. شكرًا لكم على هذه الضيافة الراقية
