Cons:

Wir konnten unsere Extras, wie Frühstück und Tax, leider nicht mit Kreditkarte bezahlen. Das Lesegerät funktionierte nicht!

Arrivati in moto, la colazione non era inclusa sulla prenotazione, posizione strategica vicino al lago faaker see, ampio parcheggio, con disponibilità di parcheggiare al coperto le proprie moto.

Das Zimmer war nett, sowie die Aussicht auf den See.

Wir waren um 14.50 Uhr beim Hotel, die Rezeption war noch nicht besetzt aber er war vor dem Hotel. Um 3 Minuten vor 15 Uhr kam er zur Rezeption und sagte uns wir müssen noch 3 Minuten warten bis es 15 Uhr sei. Am nächsten Morgen waren wir beim Frühstück, das relativ o.k. war außer die Melonenstücke die nur ca. 2 cm Fruchtfleisch hatten. Wir bestellten 2 Cappuccino die auch serviert wurden. Bei der Bezahlung der Zimmerrechnung wurden uns diese verrechnet als wir nachgefragt haben warum sagte man uns die seien nicht dabei nur Filterkaffee, also bei dem Zimmerpreis erwarte ich mir das dieser dabei ist.

Wir haben 7 Monate vor dem Urlaub gebucht .Uns haben sie ein Zimmer im 2 Stock zu gewiesen. Da kein Lift vorhanden war mussten wir unser Gepäck auf einer gefährlichen Rundstiege rauf und runter tragen. Meine Frau und ich sind 73 +75 Jahre alt. Wir waren dort 7 Nächte und die Betten und das Badzimmer wurden nie gemacht, auch nach 4 maliger Reklamation nicht ,2 x an der Rezeption und 2 x beim Personal. Der deutschen Sprache war bei Reklamationen niemand mächtig. Dieses Hotel kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen . !!

Schöner Aufenthlalt, leiider mit Nachgemschmack....

Mir wurde bei der Abreise mitgeteilt, dass die Bezahlung über Booking nicht funtioniert hat. Ich bezahlte daher das Zimmer. Später stellte ich fest, dass der Betrag serwohl im Vorhineine beglichen wurde.
Erst auf zweimaliges Urgieren wurde mir das Geld für mene doppelte Bezahlng rückerstattet.
Auch ohne eine Entschuldigunt oder irgend einen Kommentar.
Kann ja alles passieren, der Umgang damit entscheidet jedoch.....

Das hat dem schönen Aufenthalt im Nachhinein leider einiges abgetan.
