Staff behaved as if we were burden for them
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. We were given 10% discount for our stay at chek-out because of the re-construction work that was ongoing till 9 p.m. on both days.

Cons:

Wi-fi router was not working, which I told the receptionist 2 times, but wasn't fixed during our stay.
The staff behaved as if we were burden for them. Hardly any kindness. After I decided not to tip them for the dinner, the waitress suddenly became rude, not saying anything any more, neither "thank you for your visit" nor "good bye". She behaved as if we suddenly became miraculously invisible.
Noisy re-constructions work was ongoing one floor above our apartment - till 9 p.m. every day.

Pros:

Das Appartment war gut ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Es erfolgte sogar tägliche Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel.

Cons:

Das Frühstück wird im Haupthaus angeboten - zu Fuss recht herausfordern (steiler Aufstieg) .

Einmal und nie wieder
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Wald und der kostenlose Parkplatz.
Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut und man musste nicht lange warten.

Cons:

Die Wohnung hat sehr komisch gerochen. Wir mussten erst mal gründlich lüften. Es gab keinen Mückenschutz.
Am Kühlschrank hing 1 Zettel, dass leider das Gefrierfach defekt ist.
Zum Glück waren wir nur 1 Nacht auf der Rückreise von Kroatien.
Das Bett war 1 Katastrophe, im vorderen Bett ist man so tief eingesunken, dass ich solche Rückenschmerzen bekam und in der Nacht auf die Couch umgezogen bin. Das Kopfteil war auch schon in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Küche des Apartments war spärlich bestückt, nur 1 Gabel, 1 kleiner Löffel, 1 Minitopf....es fehlte eigentlich an allem.
Die Terrasse war voll Laub auf Tisch und Stühlen und der Vorhang an der Terrassentür war auch schon abgerissen.
Die Badtür ließ sich nicht einklinken, sie sprang immer wieder auf.
Das Frühstück war auch sehr spärlich.
Wir reisen viel und wir waren noch nie so schlecht beherbergt worden.

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, das Frühstück ist sehr gut, und wenn man etwas wollte, hat man einfach Bescheid gesagt und man hat es bekommen. Das Restaurant ist hervorragend und empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Die Matratzen sind mir persönlich zu hart, das ist aber individuell für jeden unterschiedlich, und man könnte die Klobürste austauschen, denn die sah leider nicht sehr ansehnlich aus.

Ubytování vhodné na 1 max 2 noci nechápu co bych tam dělal třeba týden...
Pros:

Velikost apartmánů, čistota, terasa. vzhled restaurace dětské hřiště .

Cons:

Apartmán , byl mimo hlavní budovu hotelu cca 300 metrů. po vstupu jsme museli značně větrat jelikož byl apartmán asi delší dobu neobsazen. opět velice skromná nabídka na snídani ostatně jako vždy v Rakousku. to je takový problém ohřát pár parků nějaké tomaty s fazolemi atd prostě interkontinentalni snídani. Byli jsme
v restauraci i na večeři. Řízek i palačinky v pořádku tam nebylo co zkazit specle se šťávou horší jakmile v jídelně v mateřské školce.

Pobyt udany. Miasto bardzo ładne. Chętnie tam wrócę.
Pros:

Lokalizacja daleko od centrum (i autostrady), ale łatwy dostęp - tramwaj. Jeździ szybko i często. Samo położenie w lesie/parku sympatyczne. Cisza i spokój. Uwaga - w budynku głównym restauracja - cieszy się popularnością, więc trzeba się spodziewać większego hałasu. Obok głównego budynku spory parking, a także plac zabaw.

Cons:

Obiekt to tak naprawdę kilka obiektów (na bookingu niektóre występują jako odrębne byty). Śniadanie było ok, ale personel (jedna pani) mówił tylko po niemiecku i był chyba przytłoczony sporą ilością gości. Dojazd do ośrodka wymaga uwagi (wąskie i kręte ulice na wzgórkach; zimą może być problem z podjazdem). Śniadanie w budynku głównym, więc może się okazać, że trzeba dochodzić spory kawałek pod górę. Latem to bez problemu, ale jesienią/zimą....

Fijne locatie aan de rand van Graz. Goede verbinding met de tram naar het centrum. Maar ook leuk om vanuit hier te wandelen.
