Pros:

Chambres très confortables. Petits déjeuner très complets. Dîners très bien. SPA est bien mais pas beaucoup d espace autour de la piscine

Cons:

Navette est pratique mais les heures sont fixes 9h à midi puis 15 h à 17h. En dehors de ces heures il faut se débrouiller.

Great welcome, accommodation and location
Pros:

Very impressed with the warm welcome and the large double room we had with balcony. It had everything that we needed. All the staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you. Meals very tasty and beautifully presented. The location is close to the centre of the town so easy to walk in. The shuttle bus to the ski lift in the morning was brilliant. We had a hire car in the car park and they even cleaned the heaps of snow off it in readiness for departure.

Cons:

Only a small grumble - there was a repeat of some main course meals (salmon and Iberia pork) and I would have thought that in our in our 5 night stay there could have been different choices for every night, like a rolling weekly menu.

A nice hotel, disappointing management team
Pros:

Great breakfast, amazing Spa. Lots of attention to detail and great perks like free mini bar. Restaurant team are fantastic.

Cons:

Lack of management at property, we lost a nights sleep because of a party in room above us and the management were neither contactable at the time, have not replied to two emails complaining and did not bother to apologise or ask us how our final night went.
The rooms have no climate control, they are roasting hot and we had to waste a load of energy with open windows.
