A nice hotel, disappointing management team
Pros:

Great breakfast, amazing Spa. Lots of attention to detail and great perks like free mini bar. Restaurant team are fantastic.

Cons:

Lack of management at property, we lost a nights sleep because of a party in room above us and the management were neither contactable at the time, have not replied to two emails complaining and did not bother to apologise or ask us how our final night went.
The rooms have no climate control, they are roasting hot and we had to waste a load of energy with open windows.

Zalig hotel op goede locatie!
Pros:

Heerlijk hotel, je loopt zo het dorp in en loopt zo naar beide liften. Ook een supermarkt (Spar) op loopafstand. Gratis minibar, lekker zwembad en sauna’s, ontbijt ook helemaal prima, geen verse jus maar wel elke dag een verse smoothie, bietensap, ruime keuze. Super vriendelijk personeel. We hebben ook een keer ‘s avonds in het hotel gegeten en dat was ook prima. Zalig brood! De familiekamer was ruim en heeft een nespresso apparaat en waterkoker. Lekkere producten van Marie-Stella Maris. Wij zouden hier een volgende keer zeker weer verblijven.

Cons:

Enige minpuntje was de erg warme kamer in combinatie met het heerlijke maar (te) warme dekbed. Maar ach, het was buiten koud dus we zetten ‘s nachts de ramen open en dan was het prima.

Ich habe eben dieses Hotel für 2027 wieder gebucht. War eine schnelle und leichte Entscheidung
Pros:

Ich habe mich in meinem kleinen gemütlichen Einzelzimmer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, die gebuchte Massage absolut Klasse, das abendliche Menü Spitze und die Weinauswahl außergewöhnlich. Ich habe eben für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht. Vielen Dank!

Excellent accomodation and breakfast. While not beside the slopes the shuttle is very good.
Pros:

We had a two bedroom suite with a separate living area which was great to relax in after a days skiing. Excellent breakfast. While I would prefer to be near the ski lift the shuttle service was very good and we did not have to wait more than 10 minutes. That is very important after a day on the slopes

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr freundliches und hilfbereites Personal, Lage ist gut und wird durch hoteleigenes Shuttleservice zum Skilift optimiert, rustikal mit viel Holz eingerichtet, toller Spa Bereich

Cons:

Einziges Manko sind die kleinen Portionen für sehr gehobene Preise beim Abendessen, insgesamt muss man halt den St Anton Preis akzeptieren

Amazing
Pros:

Location was great- close to both lifts as well as the train station

The ski room was useful as well

Breakfast was delicious and staff were very attentive

The spa facilities were excellent and exceeded my expectations

Cons:

The only issue I had was when we left in the morning around 6.30am the reception was shut and there was no one around for check out
