Only the weather let the stay down.
Pros:

Beautiful view.
Peaceful location once all the day trippers leave.
Perfect place for breakfast.

Cons:

Occasionally staff from the cafe next door use the deck below the property which encroaches on privacy a little.

Magical stay on the lakeside with the best views
Pros:

Our stay here was magical! The windows looking out into the lake with swans swimming by were amazing. Additionally, the breakfast in the morning was wonderful and filling! It was truly a memorable stay and worth booking!

Fabulous location and lovely room.
Pros:

Fabulous location, right on the lake with amazing views of the mountains and Hallstatt. The room was cleverly designed with plenty of space for all our luggage and felt very spacious. Staff (and Phillip the owner) were extremely helpful and, when they saw us, always checked whether we had everything we needed. The breakfasts which were brought to our room, were excellent with fresh baked rolls and hot eggs, plus all the accompaniments we needed. Given how close the accommodation is to the hustle and bustle of the town, the room was peaceful and private.

Cons:

Nothing, it was perfect for our few days in Hallstatt.
