4 couse dinner is delicious. Main couse can be chosen from 3 options - all very tempting. Pumpkin ravioli is one of a kind!

Pros:

Nagyon barátságos családi szálloda , udvarias kiszolgálással. Teresa ( szakácsnő ) 4 fogásos vacsorái elbűvölőek voltak!
A reggeli is kiváló volt. Hochkar síterep kb .10 percre van kocsival !

Excellent, well located hotel, with extremely friendly hosts.
Pros:

My wife and I were looking for a ski vacation two hours from the Vienna airport and we found an excellent mountain and an even better hotel. The Hochkar ski mountain is equivalent to skiing Heavenly in Tahoe or Stratton in Vermont. It has some long intermediate trails and the blacks are extremely challenging. It is well groomed and has great slopeside dining. The hotel we stayed at was the Hotel Fahrnberger. It is located less than a 10 minute drive to the mountain and it is spectacular in every way. The inn is run by husband and wife Helmut and Dogmer and they are fantastic hosts. The morning breakfast, which is included, has eggs to order and countless breads, pastries, fruits, and cereals. The dinner in their restaurant has four courses and the food and service was magnificent. The hotel has a spa with saunas and a steam room. The staff all speaks English and are willing to help suggest things to do and see. We highly recommend it.

Cons:

The room didn’t have a mini fridge.

Alles war sehr sauber, Weltklasse Abendessen, nettes Personal, Skibus vor der Türe

Cons:

Nur ein Mini Kritikpunkt: man könnte die vegetarische Auswahl am Abend gleich als vegane Option anbieten, dann haben Vegetarier*innen und Veganer*innen etwas davon. Sonst wirklich alles top im Hotel, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very nice and pleasant accommodation close to the slopes
Pros:

Very good breakfast with a wide array of food choices, the kitchen catered for allergies and adjusted accordingly the delicious 4-course dinner, that was beautifully presented. Excellent service and friendly staff.
Bus that takes you to the slopes stops just outside the hotel.
Pleasant spa with multiple sauna options and relaxation area.

Cons:

Just as a suggestion: A booking system for the spa would be a benefit, as there are peak times with too many people.

Welcoming with excellent services
Pros:

The owners and staff of this facility is incredible. Very welcoming and making your stay as enjoyable as possible, offering very high quality and standard of meals and bar. Hotel is very cozy and clean, room spacious and having everything you might need, ski storage comfortable to load/unload your skis from the car tight next to it. Location is also very nice and quiet, away from other entertainment or noise.
