perfekt für Kurse am Physiozentrum
Pros:

Ich besuchte einen Kurs am Physiozentrum. Dafür ist diese Location ideal. Da mein Kurs zeitig in der Früh startete, habe ich darum gebeten noch vor den Öffnungszeiten meine Daten bereit zu stellen, was ohne Probleme möglich war.
Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine mit Pads.
Im Zimmer war ein Wasserkocher und Tassen.
Check-in und Schlüsselübergabe problemlos

Cons:

Die Dusche gehörte repariert, da sie ständig fast aus der Verankerung gefallen ist.
Leider etwas wenig Steckdosen, sodass der Wasserkocher zwar am Tisch stand, dort aber keine Steckdosen waren und ich das Wasser neben dem Bett aufheizen musste. Das war aber kein wirkliches Problem.

Pros:

I stayed there for almost a week and all the necessary stuff is provided. Tea & coffee is free, nearby supermarkets have everything else. The bed was comfortable. Location was close to the venue I was attending, but getting to the center was also easy with frequent trams. There's also a bus 13A that goes to Hbf. The facilities in the room all were in working condition, checking in and out was also easy.

Cons:

It's an old building with a strange floor plan, don't expect any aesthetics or fancy facilities. The amount of electric sockets in my room was barely enough, I had to unplug the TV and the bed lamp. Never figured out the towel replacement system, it seems they bring a new towel once in a while but never take the used towels back even if I drop them on the floor?

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσια , ακριβώς κάτω υπήρχε γραμμή τραμ και απέναντι σούπερ μάρκετ . Το δωμάτιο άνετο και καθαρό ! Ήταν όλα φανταστικά και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα! Φοβερή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής !

Nice for chill, easy stays, clean, packed, close to the center.
Pros:

The room was very clean, the owner is very warm, there were free coffee and tea options, the location is amazing, it's very close to the center. The cleaning lady was very nice.

Cons:

The room is not soundproof. If you're sensitive to noise at night, you'll be very uncomfortable. There were people coming and going throughout the night. Some of them were very loud. It was basically like a dorm.

Topp zufrieden
Pros:

Lage topp! Direkt vor der Haustür Straßenbahn Linie 43 und 44 ( fahren zum Schottentor wo man quasi in der Stadt ist) Ausserdem Bus 13 A fährt zum Hauptbahnhof und von dort zur Pension ( auf dem Weg dorthin fährt man durch Mariahilf und Josefstadt)
Ich habe Einzelzimmer gebucht zum Garten hinten raus - sehr ruhig!
Zimmer natürlich einfach ( weiß man vorher) aber Preis spitze.
Alles da, was man braucht, bequeme Betten, sehr sauber.
Im Flur steht Senseo Kaffeemaschine- kostenlos Kaffee für alle!
Gegenüber Supermarkt (Spar) und Bäckerei etc.
