Hôtel familial moderne au rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel.
Pros:

Hôtel moderne avec la conservation d'une décoration style tyrolien. Beaucoup de charme.
Accueil très sympathique de tout le personnel. Ambiance familiale.
Demi-pension de qualité. Belle piscine couverte.

Pros:

Ich war nur eine Nacht im Hotel, aber ein paar Bemerkungen meinerseits>das Personal, egal ob es der nette Herr am Empfang war oder das gesamte Personal beim Abendessen und beim Frühstück waren extrem freundlich und sehr schnell beim Service. Frühstück und Abendessen waren top und von hoher Qualität. Mein Zimmer (Doppelzimmer Premium) war hervorragend. Die Lage des Hotels war ebenso top mit ausreichend Parkplätzen vor der Haustür und ca zwanzig Minuten zu Fuß zum See und ca 15 Minuten zur Rofanbahn.

Cons:

Das wirklich einzige, was jetzt vielleicht nicht so ganz mithalten konnte war der Spa Bereich, der etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und ein ganz klarer Negativpunkt meinerseits war in der Sauna das fehlende Wasser für ein Getränk oder ein paar Teebeutel. In der Mitte des Saunabereichs war ein kleines "Waschbecken" mit minimalem Wasserdruck, was ich jetzt nicht zählen lasse, weil auch Becher oder ähnliches gefehlt haben....

Останавливаемся здесь уже третий раз. Потрясающий семейный отель , душевная атмосфера и высочайший уровень заботы о каждом госте. Очень вкусный ужин и завтрак. Номера всегда безупречно чистые. Цена в полном объеме соответствует качеству предоставляемых услуг.
