Anfang Mai ist es draußen schon warm aber in einem mittelalterliches Haus ist es noch kalt. Das Zimmer war ungemütlich - max. 18 Grad, sowohl am Abend als auch in der Früh.
Um 9 Uhr abends lag ich schon im Bett, die Tür ging auf und ein Kellner kam herein. Kein Klopfen, keine Entschuldigung ... weder von ihm noch von der Betreiberin. Dafür konnte ich die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen , denn es war mir nicht klar, was der Kellner in meinem besetzten und versperrten Zimmer zu suchen hatte. Beim Frühstück war weit und breit kein Personal zu sehen, die Gäste sich selbst überlassen, die einander erklärten, wo die Kaffeemaschine stand...
Um 9 Uhr war die Rezeption immer noch im Dunklen, als ich wegfuhr, aber kassiert wurde ja im vorhinein.
Auf meine Beschwerde zwei Tage später kam eine Chat-GPT-Antwort, die erklärte, warum das passiert war, unterzeichnet von einer Person, die mit dem ganzen Vorgang nichts zu tun hatte. Fehler machen und Geld im vorhinein kassieren, keine Entschuldigung und auf die Beschwerde nur Blabla.

Fazit: Nicht geschlafen, aufgeregt, 80€ Zimmer und Frühstück für eine Person bezahlt und das am Land!

Nie mehr wieder.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat mir wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Der Besitzer war äußerst freundlich und hat sich hervorragend um die Gäste gekümmert. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das sehr gute Essen, einfach köstlich. Die Gastfreundschaft war auf höchstem Niveau.
