Pros:

A big single bed, bathtub with a partition, so when I showered, there wasn't water every where in the bathroom. Fully shaded windows and calm area.
There are two nice parks nearby for a leisury stroll and it took about 7 minutes to walk to the train station to get to the airport.

Cons:

Water pressure was a bit low.

Zwar nicht genutzt, aber sehr preiswert: Minibar

10 min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Kaiserebersdorf, 9min weiter mit der Schnellbahn zum Flughafen Wien 👍

Pros:

The location of the B&B was convenient for me, especially since I had an early flight from the airport. The room was clean and tidy, and the Wi-Fi worked well. There was hot water in the shower and towels were provided. There is also a kebab café nearby. As for shops, the nearest one is at a gas station and not very close. Overall, the hotel is good, though it is not in the city center, so there are not many entertainment options nearby.

Cons:

As for the downsides, the room was quite cold and there seemed to be no heating. Perhaps this was related to the time of year. I stayed in mid-April, which may have been unfortunate timing, or maybe this is normal in Austria, I’m not sure. I also missed having shampoo in the bathroom, which would have been very useful.
