Sauberkeit, Integration der Nasszelle in das Zimmer, ruhige Lage, angenehme Frühstücksatmosphäre

Cons:

Digital ist gut, ersetzt meinem Empfinden nach jedoch nicht die Anwesenheit eines/r mit der Materie vertrauten Mitarbeiter/in wenigstens bei Ankunft. Den gastronomischen Service stellvertretend beauftragen, der dann noch kundtut, er dürfe sich nicht um "Hotelangelegenheiten" kümmern, kommt nicht wirklich gut.

Zimmer zu hell, schlechte verdunkeln, Nummernschloss an den Zimmer Türen für ältere Leute unmöglich, Kaffee beim Frühstück grausig.

Die Mitarbeiterin am Check in war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Es gab keine Zimmerreinigung! Handtücher waren deswegen zu wenig.
Beim Frühstück stand bei Eier , Säften sind aus. Semmeln ziemlich kross aufgebacken. Es gab allgemein nicht sehr viel Auswahl.
Im Hotel gab es einen Italiener. Die Mitarbeiter waren in der Nacht sehr laut als sie auf ihr Zimmer neben uns gegangen sind.Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.

Gute Lage und gutes Frühstück
Pros:

Lage ist sehr gut, Frühstück finde ich auch gut. Auswahl ist nicht super groß, aber meiner Meinung nach auch nicht notwendig. Ich finde es gut, dass man jederzeit kommen kann, da man den Zugangscode am Tag davor erhält.

Cons:

WLAN verschwindet immer wieder.

Pros:

Telefonservice beim Checkin war sehr hilfreich. Da wir zu einem Begräbnis in Braunau und unter Termindruck waren, durften wir früher Frühstücken! Lage ist sowieso top!

Ausergewöhnliches personal!
Pros:

Ich war im Hotel weil ich ein Schnupperpraktikum im St. Josef Braunau Krankenhaus hatte. Erstens war die Lage zur Innenstadt und zum Krankenhaus perfekt. Zweitens muss ich das Personal loben! Maria war super! Sie hat mir sogar mein Hemd für das Krankenhaus gebügelt, weil ich nach einem Bügeleisen gefragt habe. Sie hat super Auskunft gegeben über den Ort - so eine Freundlichkeit und Empathie erlebt man selten! Danke. ich werde wieder kommen!

L'accès à l'hôtel se fait uniquement par code d'accès. Quand on n'est pas au courant et que l'on a pas le code, c'est vraiment un problème!! Heureusement les habitants de la ville sont très aimables et savent où téléphoner pour avoir ce code.

Gute Lage, gutes Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt echt gut (man ist direkt in der Innenstadt) und auch das self-check in funktioniert super! Frühstück ist ganz gut.

Cons:

Im Zimmer 101 war ein Ofen welcher sehr heiß war, dadurch war das ganze Zimmer sehr warm. Diesen Ofen konnte man selber nicht abdrehen. Leider kann man das Fenster nicht aufmachen, da es auf der Straße sehr laut ist.
