Pros:

Sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Das Frühstück bot viel Auswahl und war liebevoll hergerichtet. Der Wellnessbereich bot genug Platz, auch zum Ausruhen.

Eigentlich hatte ich versehentlich das falsche Datum gebucht, es war kein Problem unseren Aufenthalt zu verschieben.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis empfanden wir als sehr gut!

Cons:

Im Wellnessbereich gab es nicht genug Handtücher, an beiden Tagen. Die Saunatücher in unserem Zimmer wurden leider bei uns nicht gewechselt, sodass ich zur Rezeption gehen musste, um welche zu holen. Es wurde mir gesagt, dass es vielleicht keine mehr gäbe, weil die Gäste oft nach einem Gebrauch das Handtuch wechseln und dann nicht mehr genug vorhanden sind. Es wurden dann Handtücher aufgetrieben, jedoch sollte es meinem Gefühl nach selbstverständlich sein, auf Nachfrage unkompliziert ein Handtuch zu erhalten, um sich wohl und willkommen zu fühlen.
Dem Problem des unbedachten Gebrauchs könnte man auch anders entgegenwirken.

Mein Partner hatte seine Badeschlapfen vergessen und musste sich welche von der Rezeption holen. Die erhaltenen Slipper waren nach einem Tag kaputt, weil sie offenbar nicht geeignet sind, um in feuchten Räumen getragen zu werden, wurden jedoch dennoch mit 5 Euro verrechnet.

Cool little hotel, perfect for a short break.
Pros:

Great little hotel, good breakfast, saunas are nice and a big plus.

Cons:

It's a bit away from Schladming, but still managable.

Ár-érték arányban kellemes szálloda, kedves személyzettel, finom és bőséges reggelivel.
Pros:

Kedves személyzet, bőséges és jó minőségű reggeli. Tágas és tiszta illetve jól felszerelt szobák. A wellness részleg kellemes, de visszonylag kicsi, ezért akkor élvezhető, ha kevesen/kevesebben vannak.

Cons:

Nagyon szubjektív dolog: a matracok számunkra nagyon puhák, ezért az alvás nem volt 100%-san pihentető. Ezen kívül a szobák hőmérsékletével volt gondunk, mert hiába az állítható termosztát, valami központi fűtés lehetett, mert nekünk nagyon melegünk volt (nyilván ez is szubjektív, de ugyanakkor a kinti hőmérséklet sem volt nagyon alacsony /kb. -2 fok/), ezért nyitott ablaknál aludtunk.

Super hotel, čistý a útulný, trochu ďalej od lyžiarskych svahov, výborne vybavený.
